Abstract
【解決手段】ウォッブル信号が記録されたウォッブルトラック領域と、ウォッブルヘッダ領域とを含む光記録媒体にデータを記録する方法において、前記ウォッブルトラック領域には記録パワーPwで記録し、前記ウォッブルヘッダ領域は前記記録パワーPwより所定値だけ低い通過パワーで通過させる。

Description
前述したように、本発明によれば、ヘッダ領域の物理的な形状がさらに均一になることで記録時の光量の減少現象が防止される光記録媒体、その記録装置及び記録方法が提供される。さらに、本発明による光記録媒体に使用者データを記録する時、ヘッダ領域に対する記録パワーを再生パワーに低くすることによってヘッダ領域の劣化を防止しうる。

Claims (3)
- ウォッブル信号が記録されたウォッブルトラックと、ヘッダ情報が載せられたウォッブルヘッダ信号と、所定のマークがランドまたはグルーブに記録されたウォッブルヘッダトラックとを含む光記録媒体にデータを記録する方法において、
(a) 前記ウォッブルトラックに記録パワーでデータを記録する段階と、
(b) 前記ウォッブルヘッダトラックのランドまたはグルーブに記録パワーでマークを記録する段階とを含み、さらに、
(c) 前記ウォッブルトラックに前記記録パワーでデータを記録し、前記ウォッブルヘッダトラックは前記記録パワーより所定値だけ低い通過パワーで通過する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする記録方法。 - 前記(b)段階は少なくとも一部区間に前記マークが一定の間隔で記録する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の記録方法。
- 前記(b)段階は少なくとも一部区間に前記マークが一定の大きさと一定の間隔で記録する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の記録方法。
