Abstract
【解決手段】セラミックマトリックス内に埋設された複数層の織繊維補強布を含んだ積層複合セラミック材料製の底部(3)と壁部(4、6、8)とを備えた本体(2)を有している。取鍋を作業装置に搭載させる頑丈な支持要素は複合セラミック材料内に提供されている。好適形態では補強布は織グラスファイバ製であり、マトリックス材料はケイ酸カルシウムとシリカとを含んでいる。

Description
これら諸問題を解消するため取鍋を耐熱性あるいはセラミックでコーティングすることが知られている。しかし、実際には困難な技術上の問題が介在する。すなわち、コーティング材と鋳鉄の熱膨張率が異なるため、コーティングにクラックが発生する。さらに、たいていのセラミックと耐熱性コーティングは脆く、急速に磨耗するために耐用寿命が短い。

Claims (17)
- セラミックマトリックスに埋設された織繊維補強布を含んだ複合セラミック材料で成る底部と壁部とを備えた本体を有した鋳造用取鍋であって、前記複合材料は前記底部と壁部とに全体的に提供された複数層の織繊維補強布を含んだ積層材料であり、本取鍋を作業装置に搭載させる頑丈な支持要素を前記複合セラミック材料内にさらに有していることを特徴とする取鍋。
- 複合セラムック材料は2層から25層、好適には4層から20層、さらに好適には10層の補強布を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の取鍋。
- 補強布は織グラスファイバ製であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の取鍋。
- マトリックス材料は溶融シリカ、アルミナ、ムライト、炭化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素、シリコンアルミニウムオキシニトリド、ジルコン、マグネシア、ジルコニア、グラファイト、ケイ酸カルシウム、窒化硼素(固形BN)、窒化アルミニウム(AlN)、二硼酸チタニウム(TiB2)及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の取鍋。
- マトリックス材料はカルシウム系であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の取鍋。
- マトリックス材料はケイ酸カルシウムとシリカを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の取鍋。
- マトリックス材料はウォラストナイトとコロイド状シリカを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の取鍋。
- 接着防止表面コーティングが施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の取鍋。
- コーティングは窒化硼素を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項8記載の取鍋。
- 壁厚は5mmから25mm、好適には12mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の取鍋。
- 収容量は液体アルミニウムで0.5kgから50kg、好適には1kgから20kgであることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の取鍋。
- 支持要素は頑丈なフレーム要素であることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の取鍋。
- 支持要素は本取鍋を作業装置に搭載させる搭載要素を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の取鍋。
- 支持要素は隣接する補強布層間に提供されていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の取鍋。
- 支持要素は鋼鉄製であることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の取鍋。
- 支持要素は弾性カバーを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の取鍋。
- 支持要素は本取鍋の周囲に提供されていることを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれかに記載の取鍋。
