Abstract
【解決手段】第1のポンプ/モータ7と第2のポンプ/モータ15とを接続する油圧配管21に可変リリーフ弁38を介挿するとともに、車両が前進から後進もしくは後進から前進への変速動作を行う際に、前後進切換クラッチ機構40の切換動作に合わせて可変リリーフ弁38のリリーフ設定圧を低下させ、前後進切換クラッチ機構40の切換動作終了後にリリーフ設定圧を上昇させるように可変リリーフ弁38を制御する。

Description
(1)出力軸110が増速されるときには、第2のポンプ/モータ113は油圧を通して動力を受け取って出力軸110を増速する側に作動されることになる。このとき、第1のポンプ/モータ105はポンプの働きをし、第2のポンプ/モータ113はモータの働きをし、第1のポンプ/モータ105から第2のポンプ/モータ113へ油圧を介してエネルギーが流れる。このとき、図5(b)中の線分A−Bで示されるように、油圧パワーの伝達馬力はプラス(+)側となって、油圧パワーは入力軸102から遊星歯車機構106へ向かう順方向の流れとなる。
(2)出力軸110が減速されるときには、第2のポンプ/モータ113は遊星歯車機構106より動力を受け取って前記(1)の場合と反対方向に回転することになる。このとき、この第2のポンプ/モータ113はポンプの働きをし、第1のポンプ/モータ105はモータの働きをし、第1のポンプ/モータ105には第2のポンプ/モータ113より油圧を介してエネルギーが流れる。このとき、図5(b)中の線分A−Cで示されるように、油圧パワーの伝達馬力はマイナス(−)側となって、油圧パワーは遊星歯車機構106から入力軸102側へ向かう逆方向の流れとなる。
(1)出力軸110が増速されるときには、第2のポンプ/モータ113はモータの働きをし、第1のポンプ/モータ105はポンプの働きをし、第1のポンプ/モータ105から第2のポンプ/モータ113へ油圧を介してエネルギーが流れる。このとき、図6(b)中の線分A−Dで示されるように、油圧パワーの伝達馬力はマイナス(−)側となって、油圧パワーは出力軸110から遊星歯車機構106へ向かう逆方向の流れとなる。
(2)出力軸110が減速されるときには、第2のポンプ/モータ113は遊星歯車機構106より動力を受け取って前記(1)の場合と反対方向に回転することになる。このとき、この第2のポンプ/モータ113はポンプの働きをし、第1のポンプ/モータ105はモータの働きをし、第1のポンプ/モータ105には第2のポンプ/モータ113より油圧を介してエネルギーが流れる。このとき、図6(b)中の線分A−Eで示されるように、油圧パワーの伝達馬力はプラス(+)側となって、油圧パワーは遊星歯車機構106から出力軸110側へ向かう順方向の流れとなる。
入力軸と、出力軸と、前記入力軸と出力軸との間に介挿される遊星歯車機構を含む機械伝動部と、第1のポンプ/モータおよび第2のポンプ/モータとそれら両ポンプ/モータを接続する油圧配管とを含む油圧伝動部と、前記第1のポンプ/モータを前記入力軸または前記出力軸のいずれかに連結するように切換える連結切換クラッチ機構と、前記出力軸の一端部に配される前後進切換クラッチ機構とを備え、前記入力軸を前記遊星歯車機構の第1要素に連結し、前記第2のポンプ/モータを前記遊星歯車機構の第2要素に連結し、前記出力軸を前記遊星歯車機構の第3要素に連結してなる油圧−機械式変速装置の制御装置であって、
前記第1のポンプ/モータと第2のポンプ/モータとを接続する油圧配管に可変リリーフ弁を介挿するとともに、車両が前進から後進もしくは後進から前進への変速動作を行う際に、前記前後進切換クラッチ機構の切換動作に合わせて前記可変リリーフ弁のリリーフ設定圧を低下させ、前記前後進切換クラッチ機構の切換動作終了後に前記リリーフ設定圧を上昇させるように前記可変リリーフ弁を制御する可変リリーフ弁制御手段を設けることを特徴とするものである(第1発明)。

Claims (4)
- 入力軸と、出力軸と、前記入力軸と出力軸との間に介挿される遊星歯車機構を含む機械伝動部と、第1のポンプ/モータおよび第2のポンプ/モータとそれら両ポンプ/モータを接続する油圧配管とを含む油圧伝動部と、前記第1のポンプ/モータを前記入力軸または前記出力軸のいずれかに連結するように切換える連結切換クラッチ機構と、前記出力軸の一端部に配される前後進切換クラッチ機構とを備え、前記入力軸を前記遊星歯車機構の第1要素に連結し、前記第2のポンプ/モータを前記遊星歯車機構の第2要素に連結し、前記出力軸を前記遊星歯車機構の第3要素に連結してなる油圧−機械式変速装置の制御装置であって、
前記第1のポンプ/モータと第2のポンプ/モータとを接続する油圧配管に可変リリーフ弁を介挿するとともに、車両が前進から後進もしくは後進から前進への変速動作を行う際に、前記前後進切換クラッチ機構の切換動作に合わせて前記可変リリーフ弁のリリーフ設定圧を低下させ、前記前後進切換クラッチ機構の切換動作終了後に前記リリーフ設定圧を上昇させるように前記可変リリーフ弁を制御する可変リリーフ弁制御手段を設けることを特徴とする油圧−機械式変速装置の制御装置。 - 前記可変リリーフ弁制御手段は、前記前後進切換クラッチ機構の切換動作終了後に前記リリーフ設定圧を徐々に上昇させるように制御するものである請求項1に記載の油圧−機械式変速装置の制御装置。
- さらに、前記前後進切換クラッチ機構の切換動作に合わせて、前記第1のポンプ/モータを前記入力軸側から出力軸側へ切換えるように前記連結切換クラッチ機構を制御する連結切換制御手段が設けられる請求項1または2に記載の油圧−機械式変速装置の制御装置。
- さらに、前記前後進切換クラッチ機構の切換動作に合わせて、前記第2のポンプ/モータの軸を制動するブレーキ機構を作動させるように制御するブレーキ機構制御手段が設けられる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の油圧−機械式変速装置の制御装置。
