Abstract
【解決手段】 一次熱処理装置1は、加熱機11で軸受部品をA1変態点を越える温度に加熱した後、A1変態点未満に冷却して軸受部品の表面に窒素富化層を形成する。この軸受部品は引き続いて二次熱処理装置2に移送され、A1変態点を越えかつ一次焼入れ温度未満に加熱した後、A1変態点未満に冷却される。軸受部品は、一次熱処理装置1による熱処理後、焼戻し機5で焼戻した上で二次熱処理装置2に供給する。

Claims (2)
- 鋼製部品をA1変態点を越える温度に加熱した後、A1変態点未満に冷却して表面に窒素富化層を形成する一次熱処理装置と、一次熱処理後の鋼製部品を、A1変態点を越えかつ一次熱処理での加熱温度未満に加熱した後、A1変態点未満に冷却する二次熱処理装置とを備え、鋼製部品を、一次熱処理装置による熱処理後、焼戻した上で二次焼処理装置に供給することを特徴とする熱処理システム。
- 一次熱処理装置が、ガス浸炭窒化させる加熱機を含む請求項1記載の熱処理システム。
