Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、双方が流体圧使用部(2)と接続可能である第1の作業接続部(A)と第2の作業接続部(B)を有する作業接続部構成と、圧力接続部(P)とタンク接続部(T)を有する供給接続部構成と、圧力接続部(P)を閉鎖する、あるいは該圧力接続部を第1の作業接続部(A)または第2の作業接続部(B)と制御されたやり方で接続する第1の弁構成(10)と、タンク接続部(T)を閉鎖する、あるいは該タンク接続部を第1の作業接続部(A)または第2の作業接続部(B)と制御されたやり方で接続する第2の弁構成(18)と、第1の弁構成(10)と第2の弁構成(18)を制御する制御装置とを有する流体圧弁構成に関する。

Claims (16)
- 双方が流体圧使用部と接続可能である第1の作業接続部および第2の作業接続部を有する作業接続部構成と、圧力接続部およびタンク接続部を有する供給接続部構成と、前記圧力接続部を閉鎖する、あるいは、該圧力接続部を前記第1の作業接続部または前記第2の作業接続部と制御されたやり方で接続する第1の弁構成と、前記タンク接続部を閉鎖する、あるいは該タンク接続部を前記第1の作業接続部または第2の作業接続部と制御されたやり方で接続する第2の弁構成と、前記第1の弁構成および前記第2の弁構成を制御する制御装置とを有する流体圧弁構成であって、少なくとも1つの弁構成(10、18)が、制御装置(15)と接続されている開口度センサ(14、22)を備えており、前記制御装置(15)は、前記開口度センサ(14、22)からの信号および指定された信号(PS、VS)に依存して前記弁構成(10、18)を制御することを特徴とする流体圧弁構成。
- 前記弁構成(10、18)が、スライド弁の形態を有し、前記開口度センサ(14、22)は、スライド(11、19)の位置を決定する位置センサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構成。
- 前記制御装置(15)が、前記スライド(11、19)の位置と前記弁構成(10、18)の開口度との間の非線形相関関係を考慮して制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の構成。
- 前記制御装置(15)が、少なくとも1つの差圧検出装置(30、23;31、23;30、9;31、9)と接続されており、該差圧力検出装置(30、23;31、23;30、9;31、9)が、前記開口度センサ(14、22)を備えた前記弁構成(10、18)の差圧を決定することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
- 各作業接続部分(A、B)が、圧力センサ(30、31)を備えており、各圧力センサ(30、31)が、前記制御装置(15)に接続されている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
- 前記圧力センサ(30、31)が、前記差圧検出装置の一部を形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の構成。
- 前記制御装置(15)が、前記作業接続部構成(A、B)を通る流れを制御するための一方の弁構成(10、18)と、前記作業接続部構成(A、B)の圧力(Pa、Pb)を制御するための他方の弁構成(18、10)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
- 前記制御装置(15)が、前記第2の弁構成(18)と共に、1つの作業接続部(A、B)からの出口を制御し、前記第1の弁構成(10)と共に、前記使用部の正の負荷で一方の作業接続部(A、B)の圧力を、前記使用部の負の負荷で他方の作業接続部(B、A)の圧力を制御することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の構成。
- 前記制御装置(15)が、前記第1の弁構成(10)と共に1つの作業接続部(A、B)への入口を制御し、前記第2の弁構成(18)と共に同じ作業接続部(A、B)の圧力を制御することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の構成。
- 少なくとも1つの弁構成(10、18)が、パイロット弁(16、24)によって作動されることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
- 第3の弁構成(26)が、前記2つの作業接続部(A、B)の間に配置され、前記2つの作業接続部(A、B)の間の接続を遮断するか、解放することを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
- 前記使用部(2)は、前記2つの作業接続部(A、B)と異なる流体の必要性を有し、前記制御装置(15)は、連結装置を有し、該連結装置は、第3の弁構成(26)の作動と前記第1または前記第2の弁構成(10、18)の作動とを接続することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の構成。
- 前記第3の弁構成(26)が、前記第2の作業接続部(A、B)を互いに接続するフローティング位置を設定することができ、前記第2の弁構成(18)は、前記2つの作業接続部(A、B)の一方を前記タンク接続部(T)に接続することを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の構成。
- 3つの圧力センサ(9、30、31;23、30、31)のみが設けられ、その内の2つの圧力センサが前記作業接続部(A、B)の圧力を決定し、1つの圧力センサが前記圧力接続部(P)または前記タンク接続部(T)の圧力を決定することを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
- 1つの開口度センサ(14、22)のみが設けられ、このセンサは、前記第1の弁構成(10)または前記第2の弁構成(18)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
- 全ての作業接続部(A、B)が、前記弁構成(1)を収容するハウジング(34)の同じ側(35)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の構成。
