Abstract
【解決手段】内軸2の外周にルーズに嵌合する内輪3を用意しておき、内軸2に、第1保持器6と第1円すいころ4と外輪1とを組み付けたのち、内軸2を起立状態にして、内輪3と第2保持器7と第2円すいころ5とからなるインナ側組立体を上方から組込み、内軸2をその内径側からの加圧で大径に塑性変形させて、内軸2を内輪3とタイトに嵌合させる。

Claims (2)
- 内輪と保持器と円すいころとからなるインナ側組立体を外輪のインナ側内周面と内軸のインナ側外周面との対向間に組込む複列円すいころ軸受装置の組立て方法であって、
内軸と内輪との嵌め合いをルーズに設定してインナ側組立体を上記対向間に組込み、
この組込み後に内軸を拡径させて内軸と内輪との嵌め合いをタイトにする、ことを特徴とする複列円すいころ軸受装置の組立て方法。 - 内軸の拡径時に外輪を回転させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複列円すいころ軸受装置の組立て方法。
