Abstract
【解決手段】Al脱酸またはAl-Si脱酸した溶鋼中に、Ce,La,Pr,Ndから選択された1種以上のREM(希土類元素)3を添加したうえ、Sをトレーサーとして測定された均一混合時間τの2〜10倍の時間にわたり攪拌し、希土類元素により取鍋内スラグ4を溶鋼2側界面から還元する。これによりスラグ中のFeOとMnOを低減させ、溶鋼の清浄性の向上、鋼の靭性向上、表面品位向上、鋳造時ノズル詰まりの抑制などの効果を得ることができる。

Claims (3)
- Al脱酸またはAl-Si脱酸した溶鋼中に、Ce,La,Pr,Ndから選択された1種以上の希土類元素を添加したうえ、均一混合時間τの2〜10倍の時間にわたり攪拌し、希土類元素により取鍋内スラグを還元することを特徴とする取鍋内スラグの改質方法。
- 均一混合時間τが、溶鋼中に添加したSをトレーサーとして、平衡濃度の±5%に達した時間として定義されたものである請求項1記載の溶鋼中に添加した取鍋内スラグの改質方法。
- 溶鋼の攪拌を、CAS,RH、ボトムバブリングのいずれかの方法によって行う請求項1または2記載の溶鋼中に添加した取鍋内スラグの改質方法。
