Abstract
【解決手段】 濃度識別センサー部2と、これを下端部に取り付け且つ上端部に尿素溶液タンク開口部への取り付け部4aが設けられている支持部4とを備える。濃度識別センサー部2はそれぞれ尿素溶液との熱交換のための金属フィン21c,22cを備えた傍熱型濃度検知部及び液温検知部を有する。濃度識別センサー部2には、金属フィン21c,22cを囲むように両端開放の尿素溶液導入路を形成するカバー部材2dが付設されている。傍熱型濃度検知部の発熱体に対して単一パルス電圧を印加して発熱させ、傍熱型濃度検知部の感温体と液温検知部とを含む濃度検知回路の出力に基づき識別演算部において尿素濃度の識別を行う。

Description
タンク内に収容された尿素溶液の尿素濃度を識別する装置であって、
濃度識別センサー部と、一方の端部に前記濃度識別センサー部が取り付けられ且つ他方の端部に前記タンクの開口部へ取り付けるための取り付け部が設けられている支持部とを備えており、
前記濃度識別センサー部は発熱体及び感温体を含んでなる傍熱型濃度検知部と尿素溶液の温度を測定する液温検知部とを有しており、前記傍熱型濃度検知部及び液温検知部はそれぞれ前記尿素溶液との熱交換のための濃度検知部用熱伝達部材及び液温検知部用熱伝達部材を備えており、前記濃度識別センサー部には前記濃度検知部用熱伝達部材及び液温検知部用熱伝達部材を囲むように両端開放の尿素溶液導入路を形成するカバー部材が付設されており、
前記傍熱型濃度検知部の発熱体に対して単一パルス電圧を印加して前記発熱体を発熱させ、前記傍熱型濃度検知部の感温体と前記液温検知部とを含んでなる濃度検知回路の出力に基づき識別演算部において前記尿素濃度の識別を行うことを特徴とする、尿素溶液の尿素濃度識別装置、

Claims (7)
- タンク内に収容された尿素溶液の尿素濃度を識別する装置であって、
濃度識別センサー部と、一方の端部に前記濃度識別センサー部が取り付けられ且つ他方の端部に前記タンクの開口部へ取り付けるための取り付け部が設けられている支持部とを備えており、
前記濃度識別センサー部は発熱体及び感温体を含んでなる傍熱型濃度検知部と尿素溶液の温度を測定する液温検知部とを有しており、前記傍熱型濃度検知部及び液温検知部はそれぞれ前記尿素溶液との熱交換のための濃度検知部用熱伝達部材及び液温検知部用熱伝達部材を備えており、前記濃度識別センサー部には前記濃度検知部用熱伝達部材及び液温検知部用熱伝達部材を囲むように両端開放の尿素溶液導入路を形成するカバー部材が付設されており、
前記傍熱型濃度検知部の発熱体に対して単一パルス電圧を印加して前記発熱体を発熱させ、前記傍熱型濃度検知部の感温体と前記液温検知部とを含んでなる濃度検知回路の出力に基づき識別演算部において前記尿素濃度の識別を行うことを特徴とする、尿素溶液の尿素濃度識別装置。 - 前記識別演算部は、前記発熱体の発熱の際の前記感温体の初期温度とピーク温度との差に対応する濃度対応電圧値により前記尿素濃度の識別を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の尿素溶液の尿素濃度識別装置。
- 前記感温体の初期温度に対応する電圧値として前記発熱体に対する前記単一パルス印加の開始前の初期電圧を所定回数サンプリングして平均することで得られた平均初期電圧値を用い、前記感温体のピーク温度に対応する電圧値として前記発熱体に対する前記単一パルス印加の終了前のピーク電圧を所定回数サンプリングして平均することで得られた平均ピーク電圧値を用い、前記濃度対応電圧値として前記平均ピーク電圧値と前記平均初期電圧値との差を用いることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の尿素溶液の尿素濃度識別装置。
- 前記識別演算部には前記液温検知部から前記尿素溶液の液温に対応する液温対応出力値が入力され、前記識別演算部では、既知の複数の尿素濃度の参照尿素溶液について作成され液温に対する濃度対応電圧値の関係を示す検量線を用いて、識別対象の尿素溶液について得られた前記液温対応出力値と前記濃度対応電圧値とに基づき、前記尿素濃度の識別を行うことを特徴とする、請求項2〜3のいずれかに記載の尿素溶液の尿素濃度識別装置。
- 前記識別演算部はマイクロコンピュータを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の尿素溶液の尿素濃度識別装置。
- 前記支持部の前記他方の端部には前記濃度検知回路を構成する回路基板が配置されており、前記支持部には前記濃度識別センサー部と前記回路基板とを電気的に接続する配線が収納されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の尿素溶液の尿素濃度識別装置。
- 前記マイクロコンピュータは前記回路基板上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5〜6のいずれかに記載の尿素溶液の尿素濃度識別装置。
