Abstract
【解決手段】 ナノサイズのアナターゼ型チタニア微結晶が稠密に充填され、各微結晶の結晶面同士が直接接していることを特徴とするチタニアナノ微結晶集合体、及びその製造方法であって、疎水性ブロックと親水性ブロックを有するブロック共重合体及び陽イオン界面活性剤を含む水溶液と、有機溶媒に溶解されたチタンアルコキシドを反応させてチタニアゾルを得る工程と、該チタニアゾルを焼成する工程を含むことを特徴とするチタニアナノ微結晶集合体の製造方法。

Description
ブロックコポリマー(F127:Polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymer:(PEO)106(PPO)70(PEO)106)10%水溶液中にヘキサデシルトリメチル−アンモニウムブロマイド(CTAB:Hexadecyltrimethyltrimethyl-Ammoniumu Bromide)を0.1Mになるように溶解し、モル比で界面活性剤の4倍のアセチルアセトン(aoetylaoetone)で修飾したテトライソプロピルオルトチタネート(tetraisopropylorthotitanate)溶液を加え、40℃で2日撹拌し、次いで80℃で7日間反応させることで、チタニアゲルが得られた。このチタニアゲルを400℃〜500℃で、30分〜2時間焼成した所、非常に結晶性に優れたアナターゼ型チタニアを得ることができた。このアナターゼ型チタニアを、以下、『FCTAB−400〜500℃−2h』のように表記する。
上記チタニアを用いた色素増感太陽電池の製造方法を図4に示す。焼成前のチタニアゲルをそのままを透明導電膜に塗布し、第1層とした。乾燥後、ゲルにP−25チタニア粒子を5%混合した試料をその上に塗布し、乾燥し、450℃で1時間焼成して第2層とした。その後、N3色素を24時間吸着しチタニア電極とした。白金電極を対極とした。

- ナノサイズのアナターゼ型チタニア微結晶が稠密に充填され、各微結晶の結晶面同士が直接接していることを特徴とするチタニアナノ微結晶集合体。
- 疎水性ブロックと親水性ブロックを有するブロック共重合体及び陽イオン界面活性剤を含む水溶液と、有機溶媒に溶解されたチタンアルコキシドを反応させてチタニアゾルを得る工程と、該チタニアゾルを焼成する工程を含むことを特徴とするチタニアナノ微結晶集合体の製造方法。
- 前記疎水性ブロックと親水性ブロックを有するブロック共重合体が、ポリオキシエチレンブロック−ポリオキシプロピレンブロック−ポリオキシエチレンブロックであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のチタニアナノ微結晶集合体の製造方法。
- 前記陽イオン界面活性剤が、長鎖アルキル基含有ハロゲン化4級アンモニウム塩であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のチタニアナノ微結晶集合体の製造方法。
- 前記チタニアゾルの焼成を、280〜350℃で、5時間〜35日行うことを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載のチタニアナノ微結晶集合体の製造方法。
- 前記有機溶媒が、ジケトン類であることを特徴とする請求項2乃至5のいずれかに記載のチタニアナノ微結晶集合体の製造方法。
- ナノサイズのアナターゼ型チタニア微結晶が稠密に充填され、各微結晶の結晶面同士が直接接しているチタニアナノ微結晶集合体に色素が吸着していることを特徴とする色素増感型チタニアナノ微結晶集合体。
- 疎水性ブロックと親水性ブロックを有するブロック共重合体及び陽イオン界面活性剤を含む水溶液と、有機溶媒に溶解されたチタンアルコキシドを反応させてチタニアゾルを得る工程と、該チタニアゾルを乾燥又は焼成する工程と、該乾燥又は焼成されたチタニアナノ微結晶集合体に色素を吸着させる工程を含むことを特徴とする色素増感型チタニアナノ微結晶集合体の製造方法。
- ナノサイズのアナターゼ型チタニア微結晶が稠密に充填され、各微結晶の結晶面同士が直接接していることを特徴とするチタニアナノ微結晶集合体から成る光触媒。
- ナノサイズのアナターゼ型チタニア微結晶が稠密に充填され、各微結晶の結晶面同士が直接接していることを特徴とするチタニアナノ微結晶集合体から成る光電変換素子。
- ナノサイズのアナターゼ型チタニア微結晶が稠密に充填され、各微結晶の結晶面同士が直接接しているチタニアナノ微結晶集合体に色素が吸着されていることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。
- 疎水性ブロックと親水性ブロックを有するブロック共重合体及び陽イオン界面活性剤を含む水溶液と、有機溶媒に溶解されたチタンアルコキシドを反応させてチタニアゾルを得る工程と、該チタニアゾルを透明電極上に塗布・乾燥させる工程と、得られたチタニア乾燥膜に色素増感剤を吸着させて電極とする工程を含むことを特徴とするチタニアナノ微結晶集合体から成る色素増感型太陽電池の製造方法。
