Abstract
【解決手段】内袋Aは、ハウジング取付口1aを形成した包装袋1と、合成樹脂の一体成形によって構成され、弁機構Bの収容部3を設けた筒状部4と,収容部3の底部3a側に形成され外形が筒状部4の外径よりも小さい寸法を持った円弧部5aと延長部5bからなる平面投影形状が略菱形の溶着部5と,底部3aから溶着部の端部から突出するように延長され外径が円弧部5aの径よりも小さく中心に流通孔6aを設けた管部材6と,溶着部5の内部で管部材6の外形との間に形成され収容部3に導通する通路7とを設けたハウジング2と、管部材6に装着されるチューブ14とを有して構成される。

Claims (13)
- 外缶の内部に可撓性を有し且つ内容物を収納する包装袋を配置し該包装袋と外缶の間に加圧流体を充填する二重構造エアゾール容器の内容物噴射装置であって、該内容物噴射装置が弁機構を収容する筒状部と前記包装袋に溶着される溶着部とを備えるハウジングを有すると共に、該ハウジングの前記溶着部に前記包装袋の内容物収納部に向けて開口する管部材及び開口を設けたことを特徴とする内容物噴射装置。
- 前記ハウジングの前記筒状部と前記溶着部と前記管部材とが合成樹脂の一体成形によって構成されたものである請求項1に記載した内容物噴射装置。
- 前記溶着部は、円弧部と該円弧部の両端から延長された延長部からなる平面投影形状が略菱形である請求項1又は2に記載した内容物噴射装置。
- 前記溶着部の開口が、略菱形の一つ又は二つの前記延長部に設けられたものである請求項3に記載した内容物噴射装置。
- 前記溶着部と前記筒状部との接合部に於いて、前記溶着部の円弧部の外径が前記筒部材の外径より小さい請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載した内容物噴射装置。
- 前記溶着部の外周に周方向に延設された複数本の凸条を設けた請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載した内容物噴射装置。
- 前記ハウジングの管部材を挿入してチューブを装着した請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載した内容物噴射装置。
- 前記チューブの開口端に切り込みを設けた請求項7に記載した内容物噴射装置。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れかの項に記載した内容物噴射装置を可撓性を有する包装袋の上端に溶着したことを特徴とするエアゾール容器用内袋。
- 前記包装袋が気体遮断層を有する請求項9に記載したエアゾール容器用内袋。
- 前記気体遮断層がアルミ箔である請求項10に記載したエアゾール容器用内袋。
- 前記包装袋が底部にガゼット折込を有する請求項9乃至11の何れかに記載したエアゾール容器用内袋。
- 請求項9乃至12の何れかの項に記載したエアゾール容器用内袋を外缶の内部に配置したことを特徴とするエアゾール容器。
