Abstract
【解決手段】 鉄筋材1を加熱し、鉄筋材の表面温度が250〜390℃にある間に、当該鉄筋材に、エポキシ粉体塗料4を吹き付けて第一防食被膜2を形成すると共に、この温度条件下で、溶融状態にある第一防食被膜の表面に、亜鉛金属末aと、バインダー成分であるエポキシ樹脂b及び硬化剤cとが混合されて成るジンクリッチ粉体塗料5を吹き付けて第二防食被膜3を形成し、しかる後、第一,第二防食被膜付き鉄筋材2,3を冷却することにより、第二防食被膜3自体によって形成された無数の突起3aを有するコンクリートに対する付着強度の高い防食被膜付き鉄筋材を製造する。

Claims (5)
- 鉄筋材の表面に、エポキシ粉体塗料による第一防食被膜を形成し、第一防食被膜の表面に、粒状物とエポキシ樹脂及び硬化剤とが混合されて成る粉体塗料による第二防食被膜を形成して、第二防食被膜によって形成された無数の突起によりコンクリートに対する付着力を高めたことを特徴とする高付着防食被膜付き鉄筋材。
- 粒状物が亜鉛金属末であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高付着防食被膜付き鉄筋材。
- 粒状物が珪砂、アルミナ粉末などのセラミック粉末、ガラス粉末などの無機粒状物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高付着防食被膜付き鉄筋材。
- 鉄筋材を加熱し、鉄筋材の表面温度が250〜390℃にある間に、当該鉄筋材に、エポキシ粉体塗料を吹き付けて溶融付着させることにより第一防食被膜を形成すると共に、この温度条件下で、溶融状態にある第一防食被膜の表面に、粒状物とエポキシ樹脂及び硬化剤とが混合されて成る粉体塗料を吹き付けて溶融付着させることにより第二防食被膜を形成し、しかる後、第一,第二防食被膜付き鉄筋材を冷却することにより、第二防食被膜によって形成された無数の突起を有する高付着防食被膜付き鉄筋材を製造することを特徴とする防食被膜付き鉄筋材の製造方法。
- 第二防食被膜を形成する粉体塗料が、亜鉛金属末と、バインダー成分であるエポキシ樹脂及び硬化剤とが混合されて成るジンクリッチ粉体塗料であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の防食被膜付き鉄筋材の製造方法。
