Abstract
【解決手段】 一対の電極1a、1bと、該電極1a、1b間に狭持される超音波振動子2と、被検査物11と前記電極1bの間に狭持される保護部材3とを備える高温用超音波探触子において、前記電極1a、1bと前記超音波振動子2との間にガラスを主成分とする流動性の接触媒質4を介在させる。また、電極1a、1bを保護部材3に対して押圧する押圧手段を備える。

Claims (2)
- 一対の電極と、該電極間に狭持される超音波振動子と、被検査物と前記電極の間に狭持される保護部材とを備える高温用超音波探触子において、
前記電極と前記超音波振動子との間にガラスを主成分とする流動性の接触媒質を介在させる、ことを特徴とする高温用超音波探触子。 - 前記電極を前記保護部材に対して押圧する押圧手段を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温用超音波探触子。
