Abstract
【解決手段】上部柔軟シート、下部柔軟シート、ランス本体、及び検査ストリップを含むパッケージ化医療装置。ランス本体は、上面、底面、その上面から底面に至る開口、及びその開口内に延びた皮膚組織刺入部材を含む。検査ストリップは、検査ストリップ開口を備え、この検査ストリップ開口と皮膚組織刺入部材が整合するようにランス本体底面に取り付けられている。上部柔軟シートがランス本体底面に取り付けられてランス本体開口を覆い、下部柔軟シートが検査ストリップに取り付けられて検査ストリップ開口を覆っている。下部柔軟シートが引き離されて検査ストリップ開口が露出した時に上部柔軟シート、ランス本体、及び検査ストリップを曲げて皮膚組織刺入部材をランス本体開口から出して使用可能にすることができる。

Description
(1)前記検査ストリップが電気化学検査ストリップであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッケージ化医療装置。
(2)前記検査ストリップが比色分析検査ストリップであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッケージ化医療装置。
(3)前記検査ストリップがグルコース測定検査ストリップであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッケージ化医療装置。
(4)前記上部柔軟シート、前記ランス本体、及び前記検査ストリップを約90度〜100度の範囲曲げて前記皮膚組織刺入部材を使用可能にすることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッケージ化医療装置。
(5)前記パッケージ医療装置がラミネーション技術で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッケージ化医療装置。
(7)前記使用準備装置が、前記下部柔軟シートを前記検査ストリップから少なくとも部分的に引き離すための引き離しブロックと、前記上部柔軟シート、前記ランス本体、及び前記検査ストリップを曲げて前記皮膚組織刺入部材を前記ランス本体開口から出して使用可能にするための折り曲げブロックとを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のキット。
(8)前記検査ストリップが電気化学検査ストリップであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のキット。
(9)前記検査ストリップが比色分析検査ストリップであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のキット。
(10)前記検査ストリップがグルコース測定検査ストリップであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のキット。
(12)使用準備装置を用いて前記引き離すステップ及び前記使用可能にするステップを行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
(13)引き離しブロック及び折り曲げブロックを含む使用準備装置を用いて、前記引き離すステップ及び前記使用可能にするステップを行うことを特徴とする実施態様(12)に記載の方法。
(14)使用者が手動で前記引き離すステップ及び前記使用可能にするステップが行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。

貫通する検査ストリップ開口を備えた検査ストリップと、
下部柔軟シートとを含み、
前記上部柔軟シートが前記ランス本体上面に取り付けられ、前記ランス本体開口を覆っており、
前記検査ストリップが、前記皮膚組織刺入部材が前記検査ストリップ開口と機能的に整合するように前記ランス本体底面に取り付けられており、
前記下部柔軟シートが前記検査ストリップに引き離し可能に取り付けられ、前記検査ストリップ開口を覆っており、
前記下部柔軟シートが前記検査ストリップから少なくとも部分的に引き離されて前記検査ストリップ開口が露出した時に、前記上部柔軟シート、前記ランス本体、及び前記検査ストリップを曲げて前記皮膚組織刺入部材を前記ランス本体開口から出して使用可能にすることができるように、前記上部柔軟シート、前記ランス本体、及び前記検査ストリップが構成されていることを特徴とするパッケージ化医療装置。 - パッケージ化医療装置と、使用準備装置とを含むキットであって、
前記パッケージ化医療装置が、
上部柔軟シートと、
ランス本体上面、ランス本体底面、前記ランス本体上面から前記ランス本体底面まで延びたランス本体開口、及び前記ランス本体開口内に延出した皮膚組織刺入部材を含むランス本体と、
貫通する検査ストリップ開口を備えた検査ストリップと、
下部柔軟シートとを含み、
前記上部柔軟シートが前記ランス本体上面に取り付けられ、前記ランス本体開口を覆っており、
前記検査ストリップが、前記皮膚組織刺入部材が前記検査ストリップ開口と機能的に整合するように前記ランス本体底面に取り付けられており、
前記下部柔軟シートが前記検査ストリップに引き離し可能に取り付けられ、前記検査ストリップ開口を覆っており、
前記下部柔軟シートが前記検査ストリップから少なくとも部分的に引き離されて前記検査ストリップ開口が露出した時に、前記上部柔軟シート、前記ランス本体、及び前記検査ストリップを曲げて前記皮膚組織刺入部材を前記ランス本体開口から出して使用可能にすることができるように、前記上部柔軟シート、前記ランス本体、及び前記検査ストリップが構成されており、
前記使用準備装置が、前記下部柔軟シートを前記検査ストリップから少なくとも部分的に引き離して前記上部柔軟シート、前記ランス本体、及び前記検査ストリップを曲げ、前記皮膚組織刺入部材を前記ランス本体開口から出して使用可能にすることができるように構成されていることを特徴とするキット。 - パッケージ化医療装置の皮膚組織刺入部材を使用可能にするための方法であって、
上部柔軟シートと、
ランス本体上面、ランス本体底面、前記ランス本体上面から前記ランス本体底面まで延びたランス本体開口、及び前記ランス本体開口内に延出した皮膚組織刺入部材を含むランス本体と、
貫通する検査ストリップ開口を備えた検査ストリップと、
下部柔軟シートとを含み、
前記上部柔軟シートが前記ランス本体上面に取り付けられ、前記ランス本体開口を覆っており、
前記検査ストリップが、前記皮膚組織刺入部材が前記検査ストリップ開口と機能的に整合するように前記ランス本体底面に取り付けられており、
前記下部柔軟シートが前記検査ストリップに引き離し可能に取り付けられ、前記検査ストリップ開口を覆っており、
前記下部柔軟シートが前記検査ストリップから少なくとも部分的に引き離されて前記検査ストリップ開口が露出した時に、前記上部柔軟シート、前記ランス本体、及び前記検査ストリップを曲げて前記皮膚組織刺入部材を前記ランス本体開口から出して使用可能にすることができるように、前記上部柔軟シート、前記ランス本体、及び前記検査ストリップが構成されている、パッケージ化医療装置を用意するステップと、
前記検査ストリップ開口を露出させるべく前記下部柔軟シートを前記検査ストリップから少なくとも部分的に引き離すステップと、
前記上部柔軟シート、前記ランス本体、及び前記検査ストリップを曲げて前記皮膚組織刺入部材を前記ランス本体開口から出して使用可能にするステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。
