【解決手段】LTA型構造を有する新規なIM−11結晶質固体で,中性の骨格で、その化学組成が無水物ベースで表現して、酸化物のモルとして一般式XO2:mYO2:qR:sF(I)で定義され、ここで、Rは1種または複数の窒素含有有機化合物を表し、Xはゲルマニウム以外の1種または複数の4価元素を表し、Yはゲルマニウムを表し、Fはフッ素であり、m、q、sはそれぞれYO2、RおよびFのモル数を表し、mは0.1〜4の範囲であり、qおよびsは0〜1の範囲である。LTA型構造を有する固体のIM−11は、少なくとも表1に示す線を持つX線回折図を有する。

8mLの水を、6.276gのクリプトフィックス(Kryptofix、登録商標)222(K222、アルドリッチ(Aldrich))および0.698gの非晶質酸化ゲルマニウム(アルドリッチ(Aldrich))とポリプロピレンビーカーの中で撹拌しながら混合した。攪拌をして酸化物を溶解させてから、5.555gのテトラエトキシシラン(アルドリッチ(Aldrich))を添加した。撹拌しながら室温でエタノールと過剰の水を蒸発させると、質量14.074gのものが得られた。次いで、0.833gのフッ化水素酸40重量%水溶液(フルカ(Fluka)製)を添加し、撹拌を続けて、均一なペースト状物とした。次いでこのゲルをテフロン製の容器(shell)の中に移し、次いでそれを20ミリリットルのオートクレーブに入れた。
0.8SiO2:0.2GeO2:0.5K222:0.5HF:10H2O。
使用した固体は、実施例1で合成したままの固体で、有機テンプレートの4,7,13,16,21,24−ヘキサオキサ−1,10−ジアザビシクロ[8.8.8]ヘキサコサン(クリプトフィックス(Kryptofix、登録商標)222)を含んでいた。
Claims (11)
- LTA型構造を有するIM−11結晶質固体であって、中性の骨格を有し、その化学組成が無水物ベースで表現して、酸化物のモルとして一般式XO2:mYO2:qR:sF(I)で定義されるものであって、ここで、Rは1種または複数の窒素含有有機化合物を表し、Xはゲルマニウム以外の1種または複数の4価元素を表し、Yはゲルマニウムを表し、Fはフッ素であり、m、q、sはそれぞれYO2、RおよびFのモル数を表し、mは0.1〜4の範囲であり、qおよびsは0〜1の範囲である、IM−11結晶質固体。
- Ge/Xの比が0.3〜3の範囲である、請求項1に記載のIM−11結晶質固体。
- mが0.2〜3の範囲である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のIM−11結晶質固体。
- qおよびsが0.1〜0.9の範囲である、請求項1〜3の1項に記載のIM−11結晶質固体。
- Xがケイ素である、請求項1〜4の1項に記載のIM−11結晶質固体。
- Rが、化学式4,7,13,16,21,24−ヘキサオキサ−1,10−ジアザビシクロ[8.8.8]ヘキサコサンである、請求項1〜5の1項に記載のIM−11結晶質固体。
- 少なくとも1種の酸化物XO2の少なくとも1種の出発原料、任意に酸化物YO2の少なくとも1種の出発原料、任意に酸化物M2/wO(Mは原子価wのカチオン)の少なくとも1種の出発原料、および少なくとも1種の有機窒素含有化合物R、または有機窒素含有化合物の少なくとも1種の前駆体または有機窒素含有化合物の少なくとも1種の分解生成物を混合する工程と、次いで前記混合物の水熱処理を実施して前記結晶質固体IM−11を形成させる工程とからなる、請求項1〜6の1項に記載の結晶質固体を調製するための方法。
- 前記反応混合物の前記モル組成が、
M2/wO/(XO2+YO2) :0〜3;
H2O/(XO2+YO2) :1〜50;
R/(XO2+YO2) :0.1〜3;
F/(XO2+YO2) :0.1〜3;
YO2/XO2 :0〜1;
LaS/XO2
(Lはアルカリ金属またはアンモニウムイオン、Sは原子価aのアニオン) :0〜0.5
である、請求項7に記載の結晶質固体IM−11を調製するための方法。 - シードを前記反応混合物に添加する、請求項7または請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化物YO2の出発原料が酸化ゲルマニウムGeO2である、請求項7〜9の1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6の1項に記載の、または請求項7〜10の1項により調製された結晶質固体IM−11の、吸着剤としての使用。
