Abstract
【解決手段】電線用着色ノズル31は電線の外表面に向かって液状の着色材を一定量ずつ滴射して該電線を着色する。電線用着色ノズル31は内側に着色材が矢印Qに沿って流れる円筒状の第1のノズル部材37と第2のノズル部材50を備えている。第1のノズル部材37と第2のノズル部材50は互いに同軸に連結している。第1のノズル部材37より第2のノズル部材50は電線寄りに配されている。第1のノズル部材37の内径Dより第2のノズル部材50の内径dは小さい。第2のノズル部材50の第1のノズル部材37寄りの端面50aは第1のノズル部材37の内面より該第1のノズル部材37の内側に突出している。端面50aは矢印Qに対し直交(交差)する方向に沿って平坦である。

Claims (10)
- 電線の外表面に向かって液状の着色材を一定量ずつ滴射して、前記着色材の液滴を前記電線の外表面に付着させて該電線を着色する電線用着色ノズルにおいて、
前記着色材を収容する収容部と、
円筒状に形成されかつ内側に前記着色材が流れるとともに前記収容部内に連通した第1のノズル部と、
前記第1のノズル部より内径が小さい円筒状に形成されかつ前記第1のノズル部より前記電線寄りに配されて該第1のノズル部に連結しているとともに、内側に前記着色材が流れる第2のノズル部と、を備え、
前記第2のノズル部と前記第1のノズル部との間に、前記第1のノズル部の内面から内側に向かって突出した段差が形成されていることを特徴とする電線用着色ノズル。 - 前記段差は、前記第1のノズル部と第2のノズル部内を前記着色材が流れる方向に直交する方向に平坦に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電線用着色ノズル。
- 前記段差は、前記第1のノズル部と第2のノズル部内を前記着色材が流れる方向と、前記着色材が流れる方向に直交する方向との双方に交差する方向に平坦に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線用着色ノズル。
- 前記段差は、前記第1のノズル部と前記第2のノズル部のうち少なくとも一方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電線用着色ノズル。
- 前記第1のノズル部と第2のノズル部とは、互いに同軸に連結していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の電線用着色ノズル。
- 前記第1のノズル部と前記第2のノズル部とを合わせた前記着色材の流れる方向の長さをLとし、前記第2のノズル部の前記着色材の流れる方向の長さをlとすると、8≦L/l≦10を満たしていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載の電線用着色ノズル。
- 前記第1のノズル部の内径をDとし、前記第2のノズル部の内径をdとすると、4≦D/d≦6を満たしていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載の電線用着色ノズル。
- 前記第1のノズル部と前記第2のノズル部とを合わせた前記着色材の流れる方向の長さをLとし、前記第2のノズル部の前記着色材の流れる方向の長さをlとすると、8≦L/l≦10を満たし、
前記第1のノズル部の内径をDとし、前記第2のノズル部の内径をdとすると、4≦D/d≦6を満たしていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載の電線用着色ノズル。 - 前記第2のノズル部は、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンからなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のうちいずれか一項に記載の電線用着色ノズル。
- 電線の外表面に向かって液状の着色材を一定量ずつ滴射して、前記着色材の液滴を前記電線の外表面に付着させて該電線を着色する電線用着色ノズルにおいて、
前記着色材を収容する収容部と、
円筒状に形成されかつ内側に前記着色材が流れるとともに前記収容部内に連通した第1のノズル部と、
円筒状に形成されかつ前記第1のノズル部より前記電線寄りに配されて該第1のノズル部に連結するとともに、内側に前記着色材が流れる第2のノズル部と、を備え、
前記第2のノズル部は、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンからなることを特徴とする電線用着色ノズル。
