Abstract
【解決手段】校正流体を収容する少なくとも1つのコンテナーが、液密に使い捨てカセット10で一体的である。例えば、回動可能な揺動フックとして形成された一体的なスパイク72が、使い捨てカセットに設けられており、そして、これによって、前記コンテナーは、液体が流路14に案内され得るように、開成され得る。

Description
円錐融着ラインとなる2つの融着シーム64により、規定されている。このフイルムの半分は、深く凹んだ球形状の前記領域(円錐開口領域)68を有する。さらに、深く凹んだ複数の流路の領域70が、開口領域62に形成されている。これら流路は、互いに平行に延び、ポーチの補強を、かくして、捩れに対する保護を果たしている。
Claims (9)
- カセットと一体的な流路を備えた使い捨てカセットにおいて、
液体、例えば、校正流体を収容した少なくとも1つのコンテナーが、液密に使い捨てカセット内で一体的であり、また、一体的なスパイクが使い捨てカセットに設けられており、そして、これによって、前記コンテナーは、液体が流路に案内され得るように、開成され得ることを特徴とする使い捨てカセット。 - 使い捨てカセット内の前記スパイクの領域は、区画された流路が残ることを可能にしながら、シールウエブによりリング形状に囲まれている請求項1の使い捨てカセット。
- 前記コンテナーは、アルミニウムの複層のフイルムでできた可撓性のポーチである請求項1もしくは2の使い捨てカセット。
- 前記一体的なスパイクが、使い捨てカセットにヒンジ接続された揺動フックにより構成されている請求項1もしくは2の使い捨てカセット。
- 前記揺動フックは、自由な流れの可能性のある詰まりが防止されるように、チャンネルの形態の流路を有する請求項4の使い捨てカセット。
- 前記コンテナーは、前記スパイクから離れる側でスパイクの領域のフイルムの壁に形成された深く凹んだ球状の部分を有する請求項1ないし5のいずれか1の使い捨てカセット。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスパイクは、使い捨てカセットと一体的に形成されている請求項1ないし6のいずれか1の使い捨てカセット。
- 前記使い捨てカセットは、分析器の交換可能な部品である請求項1ないし6のいずれか1の使い捨てカセット。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1に係わる使い捨てカセットに挿入されるコンテナーに対しての無菌状態でのアクセスを与える方法であって、液体が充填されたコンテナーが、完全にシールされた状態で使い捨てカセットに接続され、また、ポーチの壁が、深く凹んだ球形の部分として形成されたポーチの対向した壁を損傷しないで、コンテナーのアクセスのために開成するように関連したスパイクにより切り開かれる、方法。
