Description
【0001】
M=a×Er+b+c×(Tr−To)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a grain drying apparatus provided with a grain moisture measuring device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the end of drying determination for grain dryers is configured to stop output when the measured value of the moisture measuring means falls below a preset stop moisture value a predetermined number of times, but this stop moisture value depends on the ambient environment, drying operation conditions, etc. In order to correct this because of slight deviation, various stop moisture corrections are performed. For example, according to Patent Document 1, pause drying in which the burner is stopped during the drying operation is selected, but the stop moisture value is corrected in consideration of moisture return before the stop and when drying is resumed.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 7-89023 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even if it is stopped at a predetermined moisture value in consideration of moisture return as described above, the moisture value varies depending on the management status of the worker after drying, the properties of the grain, and the surrounding environment, and it is dry at the time of delivery. Since the moisture value is different from the moisture value at the time, improvement is required.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has taken the following technical means.
That is, the invention according to claim 1 is provided with a grain moisture measuring device for measuring the moisture value of the grain in the course of circulating conveyance of the grain dried by hot air while circulating and the measured moisture value is set in advance. Grain that is configured to stop the drying operation when it falls below the stop moisture value, and has a means for setting the grain treatment after the drying that affects moisture transfer, and to change the stop moisture value based on this setting The configuration of the drying device.
[0006]
As a result, the grains are sequentially taken and moisture is measured, and when the moisture value falls below a preset stop moisture value, an output is made to stop the drying operation. When the grain processing after the drying is set by the operator, the stop moisture value is changed, and the end of the drying operation is determined with respect to the changed moisture value.
[0007]
Further, in the grain dryer which outputs to stop the drying operation when the preset moisture content falls below a preset stop moisture value, the ventilation operation mode in which the suction fan is continuously operated after the burner is stopped is provided. A stop moisture value changing means for correcting the stop moisture value to be high based on the setting operation of the ventilation operation mode is provided.
[0008]
As a result, the ventilation operation after the drying is a process for lowering the grain temperature, but the moisture is still removed and the drying proceeds even during the ventilation operation. The stop moisture value is set to stop at.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the worker performs the grain processing operation after the drying is completed, the moisture stop condition is set, and the drying can be stopped at an appropriate moisture value.
[0010]
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the ventilation operation after the end of drying is a process for lowering the grain temperature. Even if the moisture is removed and the drying proceeds even during the ventilation operation, the stopped moisture value is Since the setting of is reset to a slightly high state, the moisture value after the ventilation operation process can be made appropriate.

Here, M is a moisture value, a, b and c are moisture conversion coefficients, Er is a detection voltage signal, Tr is an electrode temperature, and To is a reference temperature.
[0029]
The above measurement for each single grain is performed continuously for 200 grains, for example. As shown in FIG. 9, the

For example, the condition in the case of FIG.
籾 Moisture value 11.0%,
Average moisture value Mn measured at 200 grains: 11.3%
Whereas
Average moisture value by regression equation (intersection with vertical axis (y-intercept)): 11.1%
Thus, the error is reduced. In addition,
Average moisture value Mn of 300 grains measured: 11.4%
Average moisture value Mn of 100 grains measured: 11.2%
As the number of grains measured decreases, the actual moisture value (11.0%) becomes closer, but the average moisture value according to the above regression equation has a smaller error than the average moisture value limited to 100 grains and improves accuracy. Is seen.
[0031]
Each time the average moisture value Mn is calculated, it is compared with a preset stop moisture value Ms, and when it becomes less than or equal to the stop moisture value Ms for convenience x times (for example, twice), the
In the stop condition, various items are arbitrarily changed and set. For example, as described above, effective data calculation between the upper and lower thresholds is one of them (effective moisture value range setting).
[0032]
Moreover, as a form of a moisture meter setting input item change, there exists a correction value of a calculated moisture value, and the stop determination of a moisture stop. Of these, the correction value of the calculated moisture value is an arbitrary setting of the moisture correction value after the average moisture calculation, and can be performed by the
Next, as a means for setting the grain processing after the drying that affects the moisture transfer after the drying, for example, there is a ventilation operation after the drying. This setting operation is performed as follows. Although the display unit on the

[0033]
Since the average moisture value is calculated by taking the data in the range of the upper and lower threshold values as valid data and calculating the average value of the data as described above, it was normally crushed at the time of one grain crushing. However, when there is a contact between the electrode rolls, the moisture voltage may be output and the voltage may be low moisture data. Conventionally, the upper and lower limit processing and the average moisture calculation are generally performed using the total number of grains measured. However, the above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by cutting the low moisture as shown in FIG.
By the way, the setting content of the moisture measuring means 46 is set by various setting input items (FIG. 14). In such a moisture setting input reading state, the moisture voltage is read, the moisture is calculated, and the operation is stopped when the moisture value is equal to or lower than the preset stopping moisture value.
When the average moisture value Mn falls below the set number of times x by the stop moisture value M's (moisture value considering the + side correction value for the ventilation operation from the stop moisture input value), the
When the ventilation operation is performed for a predetermined time, a stop signal is output again, and the suction fan and the grain circulation system are stopped.
[0034]
FIGS. 15 and 16 relate to a moisture meter driving method in a grain squeezing operation. During the tension operation mode, the moisture measurement is performed at regular intervals. However, in the case where the effective tension operation is determined based on the input of the grain presence signal by the moisture measurement, there is no drive load current of the elevator motor. If it is determined that the load is present, or if a grain presence signal is not input to the moisture measuring device 46 after a predetermined period of time has elapsed, the moisture measurement is disabled for a predetermined period of time so that unnecessary grain intake is not performed. Heat generation of the moisture measuring device 46 is prevented to extend the life. In addition, when it determines with the drive load current of an elevator motor being a no-load state, the action | operation of a moisture meter is made into non-operation (FIG. 15). On the other hand, when judging with the moisture meter itself, for example, even if a moisture measurement signal is output at a predetermined time t interval, if there is no uptake of grain, it is added to a predetermined time t (
