- 前記鎖間結合領域を包含する細胞表面受容体の部分に結合可能な種が、抗体を含む、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記抗体が、前記鎖間結合領域に特異的に結合する、請求項5に記載のキット。
- 前記シグナリング実体が蛍光部分を含む、請求項5に記載のキット。
- シグナリング実体がコロイド粒子である、請求項1に記載のキット。
- シグナリング実体がコロイド粒子でない、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記シグナリング実体が光学的に活性な剤を含む、請求項10に記載のキット。
- 前記シグナリング実体が蛍光部分を含む、請求項10に記載のキット。
- 患者由来の試料中の細胞表面受容体の鎖間結合領域の細胞表面からの切断量を測定し;そして

該測定ステップに基づいてがんの徴候又はがんの可能性を評価する
ことを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 鎖間結合領域が、ヒトMUC1受容体のアミノ酸507〜549(スパイサーらの配列参照−ジェンバンクアクセッション番号P15941、PID G547937のアミノ酸1067〜1100に対応する)の領域内の少なくとも8個の連続するアミノ酸の連続アミノ酸配列を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
