本発明は、歯内治療プロトコールを実施するための根管用具のシーケンスに関し、いくつかの、例えば３つの根管用具を操作して歯内治療を行う連続的シーケンスに関し、上記用具が３枚の切削刃をなし、例えば６％、４％、２％という漸進勾配でそれぞれ同一の漸進ピッチを有するものに関する。

【従来の技術】
このタイプの根管用具のシーケンスは公知である。
この種の用具では、ピッチが尖端からハンドルに向かって増加し、継続的な回転をさせた際に歯に用具をねじこんでしまうことを妨ぐ。

ピッチを増加させると、用具の軸部分の径が小さくなり、信頼性が向上する。
これは２％の勾配では許容できる柔軟性を提供するが、勾配が増加するにつれて柔軟性が減る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、歯内治療プロトコールを実施するための根管用具のシーケンスに関し、いくつかの、例えば３つの根管用具を操作して歯内治療を行う連続的シーケンスであって、上記用具が３枚の切削刃をなし、例えば６％、４％、２％という漸進勾配でそれぞれ同一の漸進ピッチを有するものに関する技術を提供し、上記従来の問題点を解決するものである。

本発明は、歯内治療プロトコールを実施するための根管用具のシーケンスに関し、いくつかの、例えば３つの根管用具を操作して歯内治療を行う連続的シーケンスであって、上記用具が３枚の切削刃をなし、例えば６％、４％、２％という漸進勾配でそれぞれ同一の漸進ピッチを有するものに関する技術を提供し、上記従来の問題点を解決するものである。

切削刃の勾配である、６％、４％、２％というのは、好ましい例である。

したがって、限定されるものではないが、例えば
２％の勾配でかつピッチｘ、
４％の勾配でかつピッチ１．５ｘ、
６％の勾配でかつピッチ２ｘ
というピッチが採用できる。
ピッチは、用具の尖端からハンドルに向かって増加する。

【発明の効果】
ある特定のケースで、これでシーケンスを簡略化できる。例えば一つの根管について、用具を一つ省略し、例えば歯の尖端まで４％の勾配の用具により連続操作が可能になる。

Claims (3)

  1. 歯内治療プロトコールを実施するための根管用具のシーケンスであって、いくつかの、例えば３つの根管用具を操作して歯内治療を行う連続的シーケンスであり、上記用具が３枚の切削刃をなし、例えば６％、４％、２％という漸進勾配でそれぞれ同一の漸進ピッチを有する歯内治療を行うための根管用具のシーケンス。
  2. 請求項１の根管用具のシーケンスにおいて、上記漸進勾配が６％、４％、２％であることを特徴とする根管用具のシーケンス。
  3. 請求項１または２の根管用具のシーケンスにおいて、上記ピッチが、
    ２％の勾配でかつピッチｘ、
    ４％の勾配でかつピッチ１．５ｘ、
    ６％の勾配でかつピッチ２ｘ
    であり、該ピッチが、用具の尖端からハンドルに向かって増加することを特徴とする根管用具のシーケンス。
