Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも1つの潤滑油供給管(1)に接続され、垂直に配置された環状管(2)を備え、該環状管(2)の下からタービン軸受への入口管(4)、上から圧縮機軸受への入口管(5)と貯蔵タンク(7)への接続管(6)が各々出ており、該接続管(6)が、貯蔵タンク(7)に向かって常時開いた貫流開口断面(12)と、環状管(2)内における圧力低下時に貯蔵タンク(7)から逆流方向に開く逆止弁(8)とを有する。

Claims (9)
- 潤滑油供給装置の休止時における排気駆動式過給機の軸受の非常用潤滑装置において、少なくとも1つの潤滑油供給管(1)に接続され垂直に配置された環状管(2)を備え、該環状管(2)の下からタービン軸受への入口管(4)そして上から圧縮機軸受への入口管(5)と貯蔵タンク(7)への接続管(6)とが各々出ており、該接続管(6)が、貯蔵タンク(7)に向かって常時開いた貫流開口断面(12)と、環状管(2)内における圧力低下時に貯蔵タンク(7)から逆流方向に開く逆止弁(8)とを有することを特徴とする非常用潤滑装置。
- 貯蔵タンク(7)が垂直な隔壁(13)で2つの部分室(14、15)に仕切られ、これら両部分室(14、15)が連通開口(17)により互いに連通され、接続管(6)を受け入れる部分室(14)内に、換気された潤滑油貯蔵容器(20)に通じるオーバーフロー管(18)が開口することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 貯蔵タンク(7)が環状管(2)の上に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- オーバーフロー管(18)が貯蔵タンク(7)の天井(19)の近く迄高く延びることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の装置。
- オーバーフロー管(18)が貯蔵タンク(7)の天井(19)の近くで終え、オーバーフロー管(8)の流出開口断面(22)が、常時開いた貫流開口断面(12)より小さく寸法づけられたことを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の装置。
- 接続管(6)が、貯蔵タンク(7)の底のすぐ上に孔(23)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の装置。
- 逆止弁(8)が、垂直方向に移動可能に案内された弁体(9)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の装置。
- 常時開いた貫流開口断面(12)が、弁体(9)における孔として形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の装置。
- 接続管(6)の断面積が、常時開いた貫流開口断面(12)より大きく寸法づけられたことを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載の装置。
