Abstract
Description
【0001】
卓上表示端末2には、注文内容等の各種画像を表示するためのLCD(Liquid Crystal Display:液晶ディスプレイ)12が設けられている。
【0014】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ordering device used in a restaurant or the like, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, order systems that are used in restaurants and other restaurants to accurately and quickly transmit orders of customers to cooks include a large number of handy terminals, which are input terminals individually carried by a clerk of a customer clerk, A predetermined number of kitchen printers installed in the kitchen, a POS (Point of Sales) terminal as an accounting device installed in a checkout counter, and a control station as an order management control device that controls the entire system. It is provided for free communication. More specifically, the handy terminal is configured to input at least various information such as customer information and order information using a keyboard, and the kitchen printer converts the order information generated according to the various information in a predetermined format. It is designed to print on continuous paper.
[0003]
In such an order system, when the clerk inputs order information and comments of the order requested by the customer using the keyboard of the handy terminal, the order information generated according to various information input from the handy terminal is transmitted to the control station. Is transmitted wirelessly. The order information is also transmitted to the kitchen printer. Since the kitchen printer issues a cooking instruction slip in accordance with the transmitted order information, the cook can quickly and reliably cook the ordered food by following the printed content of the cooking instruction slip.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the clerk receives all the orders from the customer, inputs the order information to the handy terminal, repeats the order information, confirms the customer, and then confirms the order. However, since the order and the repeat of the order information are all performed by voice, it may be difficult to hear the order and an order mistake may occur. Further, in the drive-through mode, since the exchange is performed via the microphone and the speaker, the repetition content is more difficult to hear.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to reduce the occurrence of order errors.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has an input terminal that has a display unit for a sales clerk to provide an information display to a sales clerk and allows input of order information regarding an order for a product, a customer display for providing an information display to a customer, When an order confirmation declaration is made in the input terminal, an image of a product corresponding to the order information input by the input function of the input terminal is displayed on the customer display.
[0007]
