Abstract
【解決手段】試験センサ10は、ベース18、ポリマーキャリヤ16及び試験膜12を含む。ベースは、液体試料を入口22からベース中に形成された反応区域21へと移動させるように適合されている、ベースの表面に形成された毛管路20を有する。ポリマーキャリヤは、ベースの表面に被着された下面を有し、毛管路の少なくとも一部の上に配置されている。試薬を含有する試験膜は、ポリマーキャリヤの下面に被着され、ポリマーキャリヤから反応区域の中に延びる。

Claims (22)
- 液体試料中の分析対象物の測定に使用するための試験センサを製造する方法であって、
表面を有する実質的に疎水性のポリマーキャリヤを用意する工程と、
試薬を吸収するように適合された試験膜を前記ポリマーキャリヤの前記表面に被着させる工程と、
前記試験膜を試薬で含浸する工程と、
中に形成された毛管路を有するベースを用意する工程と、
前記試験膜が前記ベース中に形成された前記毛管路の中に延びるように前記キャリヤの前記表面を前記ベースに被着させる工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記含浸する工程が、それに被着された前記試験膜を有する前記ポリマーキャリヤを一定量の前記試薬の中に浸漬することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記含浸する工程が、前記ポリマーキャリヤの前記表面に被着された前記試験膜の上に前記試薬を汲み出すことを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記被着させる工程が、試験膜材料の細長片を前記ポリマーキャリヤに被着させることを含み、前記方法が、
前記材料の細長片から複数の個々の試験膜区分を切り出す工程と、
余剰の膜材料を取り除く工程と
をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記切り出す工程が圧断を含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記試薬が、前記試料中の前記分析対象物の濃度を示す比色反応を生じさせるように適合されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記試験膜がほぼ円板形である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記被着させる工程が、
接着ライナの細長片を前記ポリマーキャリヤの細長片の上に配置し、
試験膜材料の細長片を前記接着ライナの細長片の上に配置し、
前記試験膜材料の前記細長片から複数の個々の試験膜区分を圧断し、
前記複数の個々の試験膜区分を前記ポリマーキャリヤに被着させ、
余剰の膜材料及び接着ライナを取り除くことを含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - ポリマーキャリヤを用意する工程が、実質的に光学的に透明なポリマーキャリヤを用意することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記被着させる工程が、実質的に光学的に透明な接着剤で前記試験膜を前記キャリヤの前記表面に被着させることを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーキャリヤ中に1個以上の開口を形成する工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記試験膜がポリエーテルスルホン材料で構成されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 液体試料中の分析対象物の測定に使用するための光学系試験センサであって、
表面に形成された毛管路を有し、前記毛管路が、液体試料を入口から中に形成された反応区域へと移動させるように適合されているものであるベースと、
前記ベースの前記表面に被着された下面を有し、前記毛管路の少なくとも一部の上に配置されたポリマーキャリヤと、
前記ポリマーキャリヤの前記下面に被着され、試薬を含有し、前記ポリマーキャリヤから前記反応区域の中に延びる試験膜と
を含む試験センサ。 - 前記試薬が、前記試料中の前記分析対象物の濃度を示す比色反応を生じさせるように適合されている、請求項13記載の試験センサ。
- 前記試験膜がほぼ円板状である、請求項13記載の試験センサ。
- 前記キャリヤが実質的に疎水性の材料で構成されている、請求項13記載の試験センサ。
- 前記キャリヤが実質的に光学的に透明な材料で構成されている、請求項13記載の試験センサ。
- 前記試験膜が実質的に光学的に透明な接着剤で前記キャリヤの前記下面に被着されている、請求項13記載の試験センサ。
- 前記試験膜の下面と前記反応区域の底との間に空間が設けられるよう、前記試験膜が前記反応区域の深さ未満の厚さを有する、請求項13記載の試験センサ。
- 前記試験膜の縁と前記反応区域の縁との間に空間が設けられるよう、前記試験膜の横方向寸法が前記反応区域の横方向寸法より小さい、請求項13記載の試験センサ。
- 前記試験膜がポリエーテルスルホン材料で構成されている、請求項13記載の試験センサ。
- 前記毛管路が入口端及び反対側端を有し、前記反対側端が前記キャリヤによって覆われていない、請求項13記載の試験センサ。
