Abstract

Claims (8)
- フォトサイトのリニアアレイを備え、該リニアアレイはアレイ方向に沿って延伸し、
各フォトサイトは、少なくとも二つの幅の広い光センサと、少なくとも二つの幅の狭い光センサと、を含み、前記幅の広い光センサの各々は、前記アレイ方向に沿って光センササイトの略幅方向に延伸し、該幅の狭い光センサは、前記アレイ方向に沿ってフォトサイト内に配置されている、
画像センサアレイ。 - 前記少なくとも二つの幅の広い光センサの各々が、あらかじめ定められた色に感光性がある、請求項1に記載の画像センサアレイ。
- 前記少なくとも二つの幅の広い光センサの各々が、これに関連付けられた半透明のフィルタを有する、請求項1に記載の画像センサアレイ。
- 請求項1に記載の画像センサアレイであって、三つの幅の広い光センサがあり、該幅の広い光センサの各々が可視スペクトルのあらかじめ定められた原色に感光性がある、画像センサアレイ。
- 前記幅の狭い光センサの各々が、可視スペクトルに関し略通過させる、請求項4に記載の画像センサアレイ。
- 前記幅の広い光センサの各々が光ダイオードを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の画像センサアレイ。
- 前記幅の広い光センサの各々が、それに関連付けられたスイッチを有する、請求項1に記載の画像センサアレイ。
- 前記スイッチが線形領域で動作する半導体素子を備えている、請求項7に記載の画像センサアレイ。
