Claims (13)

  1. 基板上にレジスト層を形成し、マスクを用いて露光、現像を行なうレジストパターン形成ステップと、
    前記基板上に形成された前記レジストパターンにしたがって金属を堆積して金属構造体を形成する、金属構造体形成ステップと、
    前記金属構造体を型として、樹脂成形品を形成する成形品形成ステップとを備えた樹脂成形品の製造方法において、
    前記レジストパターン形成ステップは、
    前記基板上に第１のレジスト層を形成し、この第１のレジスト層に対して露光を行うステップと、
    前記第１のレジスト層上に第２のレジスト層を形成し、この第２のレジスト層に対して、露光、又は露光、現像を行うステップを有することを特徴とする樹脂成形品の製造方法。
  2. 前記レジストパターン形成ステップでは、レジスト層が所望の厚さに形成されるまで、複数回に亘ってレジストパターン形成ステップを繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項１記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
  3. 前記第１のレジスト層の露光に対して用いられるマスクパターンの位置と同じ位置になるように前記第２のレジスト層の露光に対して用いられるマスクパターンの位置を合わせるマスク位置合わせステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項１記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
  4. 前記第１のレジスト層と前記第２のレジスト層に感度の異なるレジストを用いることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
  5. 前記レジストパターン形成ステップにおいて露光に用いられる光はＵＶ光又はレーザ光であることを特徴とする請求項１記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
  6. 請求項１乃至第５項のいずれか１項に記載の製造方法により得られる樹脂成形品。
  7. 流路、混合部、容器の中から少なくとも一つを有する請求項６記載の樹脂成形品。
  8. 電極、ヒータ、温度センサの中から少なくとも一つを有する請求項６又は７記載の樹脂成形品。
  9. 臨床検査用樹脂成形品であることを特徴とする請求項６、７又は８に記載の樹脂成形品。
  10. 血液検査用樹脂成形品又は生化学検査用樹脂成形品であることを特徴とする請求項９に記載の臨床検査用樹脂成形品。
  11. コンビナトリアルケミストリー用樹脂成形品であることを特徴とする、請求項６、７又は８に記載の樹脂成形品。
  12. 化学分析用樹脂成形品であることを特徴とする、請求項１１に記載のコンビナトリアルケミストリー用樹脂成形品。
  13. 基板上にレジスト層を形成し、マスクを用いて露光、現像を行なうレジストパターン形成ステップと、
    前記基板上に形成された前記レジストパターンにしたがって金属構造体を堆積させ、金型を形成する金型形成ステップと、を備えた金型の製造方法において、
    前記レジストパターン形成ステップは、
    前記基板上に第１のレジスト層を形成し、この第１のレジスト層に対して露光を行うステップと、
    前記第１のレジスト層上に第２のレジスト層を形成し、この第２のレジスト層に対して、露光、又は露光、現像を行うステップを有することを特徴とする金型の製造方法。
