1.ヤツメウナギに係りここで、簡単に説明を行っておく。
ヤツメウナギ類は、魚類ではなく円口類として魚類とは別の類に分類される。
現在、このヤツメウナギ類(円口類)は、世界中に約53種類が確認されている。
一方、わが国においては、このヤツメウナギは、古くは和漢三才図絵にも記述され、また、現在でも、特に、その油脂成分が眼病に有効であるとして薬用食品として使用されている。
2.又、従来の有機肥料ついては多数の発表がなされているが、ここでは、琉球大学の比嘉照夫教授の代表的な著書をあげておく(例えば、文献1参照)。

また、現状の農業分野における有機肥料は効果的なものとして、まだまだ開発すべき課題が多く残っており、特に、効果のある有機肥料の量産については、必ずしも満足の行くものではなかった。

従って、本発明の目的は、ヤツメウナギ類の特に有効成分の油脂を抽出する製造工程で発生する不要な残かすを効果的に用い、かつ、量産に適った製造を行い、農業分野における有機肥料として有効に再利用することができる、有機肥料及びその製造方法を提供することにある。

また、本発明は、上記の目的を達成するため、ヤツメウナギ類から有効成分の油脂を抽出する製造工程において、そこに発生する不要な残かすを加熱、圧搾工程を経てその固形化する工程、その固形物に対し微生物を増殖培養、醗酵との工程を経て醗酵固形物を作り出しこの醗酵固形物、さらに、タンパク質物質等から作り出された醗酵固形物と、粉状の植物物質等から作り出された醗酵植物粉等も加え、そこで攪拌混合し、乾燥・醗酵工程(ミネラル分の添加及び水分値調整)、醗酵・熟成工程の工程を少なくとも3回以上繰り返し行って、醗酵固形物肥料を作り出すことを特徴とする有機肥料及びその製造方法を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、ヤツメウナギ類から有効成分の油脂等を加工する際に発生する残かすで作り出される醗酵固形物とタンパク質物質より作り出される醗酵固形物と粉状の植物物質より作り出される醗酵植物粉等を、混合攪拌し、必要工程を経て醗酵固形物の有機肥料を製造する。
なお、本発明では、製造方法として、様々な対応の実施形態についても言及した。

また、本発明で使用される微生物は一般的に、自然界に存在する光合成菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌等のように、ものを生き生きと蘇生させる方向性を持った有用微生物のことをいう。

本発明は、上記の内容をもって、農業分野に利用できる有効な有機肥料の製造を可能とした。

図に示すように、ヤツメウナギの有効な薬効成分の抽出工程で発生した残かすを用意し(ステップS50)、圧力釜または煮釜で加熱処理し、その後圧搾し(ステップS51)、固形化する(ステップS52)。
この固形化された固形物に微生物を増殖培養し、醗酵を経て一応の醗酵固形物が作り出される(ステップS53)。

上記で作り出されたヤツメウナギの醗酵固形物(ステップ53)、タンパク質物質の醗酵固形物(ステップS56)及び醗酵植物粉(ステップS58)等を集合して攪拌混合する(ステップS60)。
ステップ60より、次に乾燥・醗酵工程に入り(ステップ61)、そこでミネラル分の添加と水分値調整が行われ、さらに醗酵・熟成(ステップ62)を経て最終的に醗酵固形物肥料(ステップ63)が作り出される。
なお、ステップ61の乾燥・醗酵工程及びステップ62の醗酵・熟成工程はそれぞれのタイミングにおいて、少なくても3回以上の操作が行われる。

また、上記別系列のタンパク質物質から作られた醗酵固形物(ステップ56)は、上記同様にステップ61と醗酵・熟成を介して醗酵固形物肥料を作ることもできる。

この製造された特に、前記のヤツメウナギ類の残かす等を加工する工程で作り出される醗酵固形物、タンパク質物質より作り出される醗酵固形物及び粉状の植物物質より作り出される醗酵植物粉等を混合攪拌し、必要工程を経て作り出された醗酵固形物の有機肥料を用いて、イチゴ、メロン等の生産実験を行ったところ、従来の作付けによる生産量に比較して多量の収穫を得ることができた。

以上、本発明者によってなされた発明を実施形態に基づいて具体的に説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変更が可能であることは言うまでもない。
例えば、本発明の中でヤツメウナギから有効成分の油脂を搾油する製造工程等で発生する残りかすを材料としているが、これは、別途ヤツメウナギの原体でもよく、また、残かすと原体の組み合わせを用いてもよい。

従来、ヤツメウナギ類等を用いた薬効油脂等の製造において、そこに発生する多量な残りかすは、全て廃棄されていた。
しかし、本発明はこの残りかすを有効に再利用し、かつ、効果的な有機肥料の創出を図ったものである。
また、量産に適った製造を行うことができ、農業分野における肥料として有効な有機肥料が提供できる。
