Description

【0001】

Is connected to the adjacent mating member so as to have the same appearance as described above.
[0033]
In addition, the patch cover 25 is not limited to the ring shape as in the present example, and can have various shapes and structures. For example, the patch cover 25 is configured by a pair of divided pieces obtained by dividing the ring shape into right and left halves. The boss 36 may be attached from the left or right, or may be configured as a single piece that covers the front and rear and the outer side of the boss 36.
[0034]
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the carrier 15 has mounting arms 40 integrally provided on the left and right front ends thereof, a boss 36 formed on the upper surface thereof, and a stay protruding inward of the front end toward the center in the vehicle width direction. 41 are formed integrally, and a bolt through hole 42 is formed at the tip side. The front end of the portion sandwiched between the left and right mounting arms 40 forms a connection edge 44 that follows the rear end of the seat 11 with a gap.
[0035]
In addition, a stepped concave portion 43 is formed on the outside of the front end of the mounting arm portion 40, and the rear end side surface 14b of the side grip 14 overlaps there. The rear end upper surface 14c of the side grip 14 has a curved surface that is upwardly convex (see FIGS. 6 and 7). Reference numeral 45 denotes a boss on which an upper end of the stay 33 overlaps and on which a nut to which the bolt 34 is fastened is formed.
[0036]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the mounting arm 40 of the carrier 15 is fastened together with the seat 11 to the stay 32, and the grab rail 16 is mounted on the boss 36 of the carrier 15. Is covered with the patch cover 25, the mounting of the carrier 15 and the grab rail 16 is completed.
At this time, the carrier 15 inserts the mounting arm 40 into the rear end of the side grip 14 and overlaps the rear end side surface 14 b of the side grip 14 on the outside of the concave portion 43, so that the bolt through hole of the stay 41 is inserted. 42 is positioned so as to overlap below the hole 23.
[0037]
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 10, the left and right stays 41 provided on the carrier 15 are respectively located below the rear end of the accessory cover 21, and the bolt through holes 42 are provided at the rear end of the accessory cover 21. The holes 23 overlap with the holes 23 provided on the left and right, and coincide with each other in the vertical direction. . FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the auxiliary equipment cover 21 viewed from obliquely above with the hole 23 cut away on the left side of the rear end.
[0038]
FIG. 11 is a view for explaining this co-tightening structure. A stay 32 is positioned below a stay 41, and a nut 46 welded to the tip of the stay 32 coincides with the bolt through hole 42 and the hole 23 in the vertical direction. The three members are fastened together at once by bolts 47 from above. The stays 32 have substantially the same shape as the stays 41 and are provided as a pair extending from the left and right rear portions of the frame toward the center in the vehicle width direction.
[0039]
FIG. 12 shows a cross-sectional structure of the side grip 14. The side grip 14 is curved upwardly convex from the side of the accessory cover 21 and then outwardly expands obliquely downward. To form a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section. However, the outer side has a structure extending downward much longer than the inner side, and a relatively large concave space 48 is formed inside the outer side.
[0040]
This recessed space 48 is designed to grip the lower end side of the side grip 14 by putting a hand here when the stand using the main stand 19 is hung. Note that the upper end of the rear cover 13 enters the concave space 48, and the side surface thereof is recessed inside the vehicle body, so that the concave space 48 is enlarged.
[0041]
FIG. 13 shows a connection state of a cross section of the side grip 14 and the carrier 15 along the ridge lines 14a and 15a. Since the ridge lines 14a and 15a form a curved surface along the continuous curved surface 50 with the connection line 27 interposed therebetween, The connection between the part grip 14 and the carrier 15 is flush with each other.
[0042]
FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view showing a connection state between the grab rail 16 and the carrier 15, showing a connection state in a cross section along each of the ridge lines 14a and 15a. The upper surfaces of the 15 side surfaces are flush with each other because they follow a common plane 51 that is continuous across the connection line 27. Although not shown, the gap between the side grip 14 and the grab rail 16 is flush with the patch cover 25 and the connection line 27 therebetween.
[0043]
Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the carrier 15 is attached to the vehicle body and the grab rail 16 is attached to the carrier 15, the connection lines 26, 27, 28 are connected in a substantially Y-shape in side view, and The three members are flush. Therefore, these three members can be made integral with each other in appearance, and the design is excellent.
[0044]
Also, since the carrier 15 can be directly attached to the vehicle body below the seat 11, the attachment rigidity is increased. In addition, since the sheet 11 and the carrier 15 can be fastened together, the number of parts and the number of mounting steps can be reduced. Further, in the case of partial replacement due to partial damage or replacement replacement such as making the grab rail 16 a backrest or making the carrier 15 larger, the carrier 15 and the grab rail 16 can be replaced individually. Be economical.
[0045]
In addition, since the side grip 14 is located in front of the carrier 15, the vehicle can be held in a well-balanced position when the main stand 19 is parked with the main stand 19 standing up, so that the stand hanging work becomes easy. However, it can be used as a gripping part even when it is not on a stand, and in this case, when moving the vehicle body, it can be gripped on the side of the vehicle body at a position forward of the rear wheel 8 in general, so that operability is good. In addition, since the grab rail 16 is mounted near the mounting position of the carrier 15 on the vehicle body side, the mounting rigidity of the grab rail 16 is also improved.
[0046]
Further, since the rear ends of the accessory covers 21 provided on the carrier 15 and the storage box 10 are fastened to the rear frame 3a of the vehicle body frame 3, both the number of parts and the number of mounting steps can be reduced.
[0047]
The invention of the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications and applications are possible. For example, the storage box does not necessarily need to be provided with an accessory cover. In this case, a side grip may be provided so as to protrude laterally from the upper end opening edge of the storage section of the storage box. Further, the vehicle may be a single-seater vehicle instead of a two-seater vehicle.
[0048]
Grab rails are not always necessary. When the grab rail 16 is omitted, a seat belt instead of a grip may be provided on the seat. In the case of a single-seat vehicle, the seat belt itself is not required.
