Abstract
【解決手段】測定位置から汚染に対して保護された休止位置へ引き戻すことが可能な測定プローブはワークピースに対して放射方向あるいは軸方向に移動可能にホルダ5内に配置され、これは平行四辺形関節部材群Aの要素としてワークピース軸を含んだ面内において測定位置と休止位置との間で水圧、気圧あるいは電気モータによる駆動機構11を使用してストッパからストッパまで旋回可能であり、従って下方の末端位置15から上方の末端位置12への移動に際してワークピース外周に対する測定プローブ1の動作を完全に防止することができる。

Claims (10)
- 精密加工を行うためにギア精密加工装置のワークスピンドル(17)上に取り付けられた、予め歯車加工されたワークピース(14)の歯(13)の位置を引き戻し可能な測定プローブ(1)を使用して非接触式に測定する装置であり、測定プローブ(1)は平行四辺形関節部材群(A)の要素として形成されたホルダ(5)上に配置され、平行四辺形関節部材群(A)は装置台(9)またはワークピーススピンドルケース(10)と固定的に結合するためにホルダ(5)に対向して配置された基礎部材(8)を備えることを特徴とする装置。
- 平行四辺形関節部材群(A)の回転平面はワークピース(14)の回転軸(16)と平行に延在するかあるいはこれと重なることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- ホルダ(5)は予め固定的に設定された角度をもってストッパからストッパまで旋回し得ることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- ホルダ(5)を旋回させるために水圧、気圧、または電気モータによって駆動される回転駆動機構(11)を設けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 平行四辺形関節部材群(A)の回転関節(7)は遊び無く予荷重されたローラベアリングからなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 平行四辺形関節部材群(A)は回転軸ごとに2つの回転関節(7)を備え、その軸方向の距離は少なくとも短い方の平行四辺形の要素(5,8)の長さに相当することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 測定プローブ(1)はその軸(4)に平行に移動および締め付け固定可能に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 測定プローブ(1)はホルダ管材(3)内においてその軸(4)に対して垂直に移動あるいは締め付け固定可能に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ホルダ管材(3)は測定プローブ(1)の軸(4)に対して直角に移動あるいは締め付け固定可能にホルダ(5)内に配設されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- ホルダ(5)は要素(6)と回転関節(7)を介して基礎部材(8)と旋回可能に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の装置。
