Abstract

Claims (6)
- 弁(102)を介して油圧アクチュエータ(22)と流体連通しているポンプ(202)およびモータ(204)を具備する油圧回路におけるエネルギーを回復するための方法であって、
油圧回路において過剰負荷状態を検知する工程と、
過剰負荷状態下で、油圧アクチュエータからモータに流体を供給するために、弁を作動する工程と、
モータに供給される流体からトルク出力を生成する工程と、を含む方法。 - 一方クラッチ(206)を介して生成されたトルクを動力源(14)に供給する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 油圧回路におけるエネルギーを回復するためのシステム(200)であって、
ポンプ(202)と、
弁および管路(24)を介してポンプと流体連通している油圧アクチュエータ(22)と、
弁を介して油圧アクチュエータと流体連通しているモータ(204)と、
油圧回路と通信を行うセンサアセンブリと、
弁およびセンサアセンブリに電気的に連結される制御装置(44)と、を具備し、
弁が過剰負荷状態下で油圧アクチュエータからモータに流体を供給するように構成されているシステム(200)。 - 弁が第1および第2の弁位置(104、106)を含み、第1の弁位置がポンプから油圧アクチュエータに流体を供給するように構成され、第2の弁位置が油圧アクチュエータからモータに流体を供給するように構成される請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 一方クラッチ(206)をさらに具備し、モータが、一方クラッチを介して動力源(14)に連結されるように構成される請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 油圧回路におけるエネルギーを回復するためのシステム(10、100)であって、
弁とリザーバとの間で流れを指向するために傾斜可能な斜板を有するポンプ(12)と、
弁(25、102)および管路(24)を介してポンプと流体連通している油圧アクチュエータ(22)と、
油圧回路と通信を行うセンサアセンブリと、
弁およびセンサアセンブリに電気的に連結される制御装置(44)と、を具備し、
弁が過剰負荷状態下で油圧アクチュエータからポンプに流体を供給するように構成され、
弁が第1および第2の弁位置(104、106)を含み、第1の弁位置がポンプから油圧アクチュエータに流体を供給するように構成され、第2の弁位置が油圧アクチュエータからポンプに流体を供給するように構成されるシステム(10、100)。
