従来は、梅の実から1個1個手作業で種出しをし又、ジューサーもその都度出し入れするため手間と時間が掛かり、多量生産が出来ないという問題があった。この発明は、上記事情に鑑みて成されたもので、梅果汁等の容易かつ効果的多量生産が可能な破砕装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
モーター駆動によるスクリューを使用し、種入りのままホッパーに投入した梅の実等をスクリューの先の外周に角鋼を埋め込んだ心金と、内面に角鋼を埋め込んだ外筒との角鋼間で破砕し排出してシャーベット状の物を作り、その後遠心分離機で割れた種,皮等を取り除くだけで梅果汁等が生成出来る。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、図面によって説明すれば、図2に於いてモーター6の駆動により伝動装置7を介しスクリュー2及び心金3を回転させる。ホッパー1に梅の実等を投入、スクリュー2で心金3と外筒4に送り込む。該心金3は、テーパー状の為入口は広くて、徐々に狭く成り、梅の実等が種ごと次々に破砕され、心金3のストレート部を通過する時には全てシャーベット状に成り、出口5より排出される。図3において心金3は、入口側がテーパー状で広く後方側は狭くストレート状に成っており外周には、くの字型の角鋼8が埋め込んである。図4において外筒は、内面にストレートの角鋼9を埋め込んである。図5は、心金3ストレート部と外筒4の組断面図で、心金3の回転が0°で破砕前である。図6は、心金3が15°回転時で、心金の角鋼8と外筒の角鋼9の間で破砕が始まるところである。

梅の実等をホッパー内に投入するだけで、モーター駆動による本装置内に於いて破砕され、連続投入することで梅等破砕果が速く多量に作られることが可能に成る。その後この梅等破砕果を遠心分解機を使用して梅果汁等に生成できる。
