Claims (7)
- 少なくとも2つのピエゾアクチュエータを調整する方法において、各ピエゾアクチュエータごとに特性量を求め、少なくとも2つのピエゾアクチュエータの特性量を目標値に合わせて調整することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記特性量を電気的な量に基づき求める、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記電気的な量をピエゾアクチュエータの駆動制御に用いる、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記電気的な量としてピエゾアクチュエータに加わる電圧を用いる、請求項2または3記載の方法。
- 前記特性量として、前記電気的な量の経過特性における側縁および/または極値および/または屈曲点を用いる、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記目標値として複数の特性量の平均値を用いる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つのピエゾアクチュエータを調整する装置において、各ピエゾアクチュエータごとに特性量が求められ、少なくとも2つのピエゾアクチュエータの特性量が目標値に合わせて調整されることを特徴とする装置。
