Description

マンガン源化合物としては、MnO、Mn、Mn、MnOOH、MnCO、Mn(NO、MnSO、Mn(OCOCH、Mn(OCOCH、MnCl、MnC 及びクエン酸マンガン等が挙げられる。このうち、MnO、Mn、Mn又はMnOOH、特にMnO、Mn又はMnが好ましい。
圧縮剪断応力を加える処理とは、(A)、(B)及び(C)の各成分を所定の比率で配合したものに、特開平11−154515号公報や特開2000−123876号公報に記載されている方法と同じく、圧縮及び剪断応力を加える操作をいう。これにより圧縮された配合物は一体化されると共に、一体化したものの一部が剪断応力により削られて微粉となり、これが再び一体化された粒子に結合されるという、いわゆるメカノフュージョンが発現されるものと考えられる。この処理は、例えば、「メカノフュージョンシステム」(ホソカワミクロン社製)、又は「ハイブリダイゼーションシステム」(奈良機械製作所社製)等を用いて行うことができる。
