Description
マンガン源化合物としては、MnO2、Mn2O3、Mn3O4、MnOOH、MnCO3、Mn(NO3)2、MnSO4、Mn(OCOCH3)2、Mn(OCOCH3)3、MnCl2、MnCl 3及びクエン酸マンガン等が挙げられる。このうち、MnO2、Mn2O3、Mn3O4又はMnOOH、特にMnO2、Mn2O3又はMn3O4が好ましい。
圧縮剪断応力を加える処理とは、(A)、(B)及び(C)の各成分を所定の比率で配合したものに、特開平11−154515号公報や特開2000−123876号公報に記載されている方法と同じく、圧縮及び剪断応力を加える操作をいう。これにより圧縮された配合物は一体化されると共に、一体化したものの一部が剪断応力により削られて微粉となり、これが再び一体化された粒子に結合されるという、いわゆるメカノフュージョンが発現されるものと考えられる。この処理は、例えば、「メカノフュージョンシステム」(ホソカワミクロン社製)、又は「ハイブリダイゼーションシステム」(奈良機械製作所社製)等を用いて行うことができる。
