Claims (3)
- 電気モータと、
この電気モータに連結されるギアボックスとを有する自動車用パワートレンのブリーザ装置において、
前記電気モータのハウジングと前記ギアボックスのケーシングの一部を兼ねるケース壁部を設け、
このケース壁部内に、前記モータのハウジング内と連通する第１ブリーザ通路と、前記ギアボックスのケーシング内に形成される潤滑オイル分離室と連通する第２ブリーザ通路とを形成し、
前記第１ブリーザ通路と前記第２ブリーザ通路とに前記ケース壁部の上方で連通し、かつ外部と連通する第３ブリーザ通路を設け、
前記第２ブリーザ通路からの潤滑オイルが前記第１ブリーザ通路へ浸入するのを阻止する浸入阻止手段を備えたことを特徴とする自動車用パワートレンのブリーザ装置。 - 前記第３ブリーザ通路は、前記モータの接続端子部を覆うターミナルカバー部材のカバー壁部内に形成され、
前記浸入阻止手段は、前記カバー壁部と前記ケース壁部との接合部に設けられ、前記第３ブリーザ通路からの潤滑オイルを第２ブリーザ通路へ導くオイル戻し部により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の自動車用パワートレンのブリーザ装置。 - 前記第３ブリーザ通路は、前記モータの接続端子部を覆うターミナルカバー部材のカバー壁部内に形成され、
前記浸入阻止手段は、前記カバー壁部と前記ケース壁部との接合部に設けられ、前記第２ブリーザ通路からの潤滑オイルが第３ブリーザ通路へ浸入するのを抑制するオイルトラップにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の自動車用パワートレンのブリーザ装置。
