Description
【0001】

Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
BACKGROUND ART Disposable diapers in which a breathable sweat-absorbing sheet is bonded to the inner surface of a waist flap of a diaper are known (see Patent Document 1). This disposable diaper arranges a sheet that absorbs sweat on the inner surface of the waist flap where eczema, heat rash, rash, etc. are likely to occur, and absorbs sweat generated from the wearer by the sheet, thereby reducing the occurrence of heat rash, etc. We are trying to prevent it.
[0003]
According to the disposable diaper, sweat generated from the wearer is absorbed by the sweat absorbing sheet. However, the sweat-absorbing sheet in a state of absorbing sweat and being wet is in a state of being in contact with the skin of the wearer, so that the skin of the wearer is exposed to the wet state. Therefore, it is not possible to sufficiently prevent the occurrence of hot flashes and the like.

[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has a stretchable region on the skin-facing surface, and the stretchable region is located between a number of convex portions and the convex portions and is not exposed to the surface in the relaxed state due to the formation of gathers formed by gathers. It has a concave portion, the convex portion is made permeable to moisture and a skin care agent is applied to the concave portion, and when the gather is extended, the convex portion and the concave portion are stretched and the The above object has been achieved by providing an absorbent article in which a skin care agent is exposed on the surface.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings. The present embodiment relates to a pants-type disposable diaper which is one of the absorbent articles of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pants-type disposable diaper, and FIG. 2A is a plan view of a state before assembling the diaper shown in FIG. 1 in an extended state viewed from a top sheet side. FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line bb in FIG. 2A.

During the period of wearing the diaper 1, the waist gathers and the waist gathers expand and contract due to the action of the wearer. At that time, the concave portion of the gather may be elongated, and the skin care agent may be exposed on the skin-facing surface. The exposed skin care agent migrates to the wearer's skin. Since such a phenomenon occurs over the wearing period of the diaper 1, the skin care agent continuously transfers to the skin, preventing the occurrence of a heat rash and the like, and in the event that the heat rash occurs, it is effectively cured. [0026]
As the skin care agent, any one which has an effect of protecting, healing, or the like, which is in contact with and adheres to the wearer's skin and stays there or penetrates into the skin to act, can be used without any particular limitation. For example, those used as emollients in the field of cosmetics can be used. For example, liquid paraffin, silicone oil, animal and vegetable oils (olive oil, jojoba oil, safflower oil, squalane, squalene, etc.), mono-, di-, triglycerides, aliphatic ethers (myristyl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, palmityl-1,3-) Oil components such as dimethylbutyl ether, stearyl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, palmityl-1,3-methylpropyl ether and stearyl-1,3-methylpropyl ether), and isostearyl-cholesterol ester. The paraffin wax, C 12 -C 22 fatty acids, C 12 -C 44 fatty ethers, C 12 -C 22 fatty alcohols, vaseline, fatty acid sorbitan esters (mono-, di-, tri-), polyoxyethylene fatty acid sorbitan ester (mono-, di- , Tri), etc., metal soaps such as magnesium stearate, sucrose fatty acid esters, cyclodextrin fatty acid esters, silicone resins, alkyl silicones and the like can also be used. Further, the emollients described in JP-T-10-509896, JP-T-11-51082, JP-T-11-510416 and JP-T-2000-505682 can also be used.
[0027]
Sericin, chitosan, ceramides, collagen, humectants (such as 1,3-butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, glycerin, and propylene glycol) can also be used as skin care agents. Further, a diamide derivative represented by the following general formula (1) can also be used. Details of this diamide derivative are described in WO 00/61097 of the applicant's earlier application. Preferred as the diamide derivative are, for example, compounds represented by formulas (1a), (1b) and (1c) described in the publication.

[0029]
As skin care agents, Siccarol, talc, titanium oxide, acylated taurine metal salt (lauroyl taurine calcium salt, lauroyl-β-alanyl calcium) distearyl ether, zinc sodium cetyl phosphate, N-ε-lauroin-L-lysine, silicone Organic and inorganic fine particles such as beads and nylon beads can also be used. The particle size of these fine particles is preferably 0.05 to 50 μm, particularly preferably 1 to 20 μm.
[0030]
It is particularly preferable to use a plant extract as the skin care agent. The plant extract is obtained by drying or pulverizing one or more of the leaves, bark, roots, and branches of various plants or their leaves, bark, roots and branches, and then extracting with a solvent at room temperature or under heating, or It is obtained by extraction using an extraction device such as a Soxhlet extractor. Examples of plant extracts include hydrophilic extracts such as citron extract, hamamelis extract, asunallo extract, aloe extract, oak extract, oat extract, seaweed extract (hibamata), waremokou extract, horsetail extract, chamomile extract, eucalyptus extract and peach leaf extract. Is used. In particular, the use of at least one substance selected from the group consisting of citron extract, eucalyptus extract, hamamelis extract, asunaro extract, aloe extract, and oak extract enhances the skin care effect. Among them, it is preferable to use hamamelis extract, asunaro extract, and citrus extract from the viewpoint of further improving the skin care effect. The plant extract is preferably a 1,3-butylene glycol extract from the viewpoint that explosion-proof measures are not required when heat treatment is performed in the manufacturing process of the absorbent article.
[0031]
The hydrophilic plant extract contains a solvent component and moisture in addition to the active ingredient. The amount of the active ingredient (the amount excluding the solvent component and water) of the plant extract in this state may be 0.001 to 5% by weight. However, when 1,3-butylene glycol is used as a solvent component for extraction, the sum of the amount of the active ingredient and the amount of 1,3-butylene glycol may be within the above range. In particular, the amount of the active ingredient is preferably 0.001 to 10% by weight based on the amount of the solvent component.
[0032]
In the present invention, a moisture absorbent may be used. As the hygroscopic agent, a conventionally known one can be used without particular limitation. The hygroscopic agent may be applied to the same site where the skin care agent is applied. Alternatively, a sheet made of fibers into which a moisture absorbent has been kneaded may be arranged at a predetermined portion of the diaper, for example, between the
[0033]
In the present invention, a skin care agent and a skin penetration enhancer of the skin care agent may be applied to the site where the skin care agent such as a plant extract is applied. As a result, penetration of the skin care agent into the skin of the wearer is promoted, and furthermore, hot flashes and the like are further suppressed, and when hot flashes and the like occur, they are healed more quickly.
[0034]
As the penetration enhancer, it is preferable to use a substance having a solubility parameter value (hereinafter, referred to as SP value) of 15 to 17, particularly 16 to 16.8. When the SP value is within the above range, the diaper has low stickiness and a smooth feel.
[0035]
As the penetration enhancer, it is preferable to use an aliphatic ether or an aliphatic ester. In particular, it is preferable to use an aliphatic ether which is a thermally stable substance. The reason for this is that in the manufacturing process of the absorbent article, heat is generally applied at the time of joining the constituent members, and at that time, the aliphatic ether is difficult to be modified and decomposed.
[0036]
Particularly preferred penetration enhancers include myristyl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, palmityl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, stearyl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, palmityl-3-methylpropyl ether, stearyl-3-methylpropyl ether and the like. Is an aliphatic ether.
[0037]
In addition to the penetration enhancer described above, other components may be applied to the site where a skin care agent such as a plant extract is applied. Examples of such a component include a gelling agent for the penetration enhancer. This makes it possible to fix the penetration enhancer. The gelling agent, the agent capable of suppressing the diffusion and migration of the penetration enhancer is used, for example paraffin waxes,
[0038]
In addition to the above-described penetration enhancer and gelling agent, another component may be applied to the site where a skin care agent such as a plant extract is applied. Examples of such components include a skin care agent and a viscosity modifier for adjusting the viscosity of a mixture containing these agents, which are used when applying a penetration enhancer and a gelling agent that are used as needed. Can be In this case, it is preferable to use liquid paraffin, silicone oil, animal or vegetable oil (squalane, olive oil, jojoba oil, safflower oil), mono-, di- or triglyceride, which are substances having a skin care effect, as the viscosity modifier. The JIS hardness of the mixture of the skin care agent, the penetration enhancer, the gelling agent and the viscosity modifier at room temperature (20 ° C.) is preferably from 20 to 50, since both the transferability of the skin care agent to the skin and the tactile sensation can be achieved. .
[0039]
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, an antiperspirant may be applied to a site where the skin care agent is applied. Examples of the antiperspirant include aluminum hydroxychloride, aluminum-zirconium salt, and zinc paraphenol sulfonate. Further, in order to promote the divergence of the absorbed sweat, a hole may be formed in a part of the gather around the waist and / or the waist opening.
[0040]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above embodiment, the skin care agent is applied to the gathers around the waist and the waist opening, but instead, the skin care agent is applied to other stretchable areas on the diaper skin facing surface, for example, the leg opening. May be.
[0041]
Although the above-described embodiment relates to a pants-type disposable diaper, the present invention can be similarly applied to a deployment-type disposable diaper. Further, the present invention can be similarly applied to absorbent articles other than diapers, such as sanitary napkins and incontinence pads.
[0042]
