[0026]
As the skin care agent, those that adhere to the skin of the wearer and stay there or permeate into the skin and have effects such as protection and healing can be used without particular limitation. For example, what is used as an emollient in the field of cosmetics can be used. For example, liquid paraffin, silicone oil, animal and vegetable oils (olive oil, jojoba oil, safflower oil, squalane and squalene, etc.), mono, di, triglyceride, aliphatic ether (myristyl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, palmityl-1,3- And dimethyl butyl ether, stearyl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, palmityl-1,3-methylpropyl ether and stearyl-1,3-methylpropyl ether) and isostearyl-cholesterol esters. The paraffin wax, C 12 -C 22 fatty acids, C 12 -C 44 fatty ethers, C 12 -C 22 fatty alcohols, vaseline, fatty acid sorbitan esters (mono-, di-, tri-), polyoxyethylene fatty acid sorbitan ester (mono-, di- , Tri) and the like, metal soap such as magnesium stearate, sucrose fatty acid ester, cyclodextrin fatty acid ester, silicone resin, alkyl silicone and the like can also be used. Furthermore, the emollients described in JP-A-10-509896, JP-A-11-510082, JP-A-11-510416, and JP-A-2000-505682 can also be used.
[0027]
As the skin care agent, sericin, chitosan, ceramides, collagen, humectants (1,3-butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, glycerin, propylene glycol, etc.) and the like can also be used. Moreover, the diamide derivative represented by the following general formula (1) can also be used. The details of this diamide derivative are described in WO 00/61097 related to the previous application of the present applicant. Preferred examples of the diamide derivative include compounds represented by formulas (1a), (1b) and (1c) described in the publication.
[0028]
[Chemical 1]
[0029]
As skin care agents, cigarol, talc, titanium oxide, acylated taurine metal salt (lauroyl taurine calcium salt, lauroyl-β-alanyl calcium) distearyl ether, sodium cetyl phosphate, N-ε-lauroin-L-lysine, silicone Organic and inorganic fine particles such as beads and nylon beads can also be used. The particle diameter of these fine particles is preferably 0.05 to 50 μm, particularly 1 to 20 μm.
[0030]
It is particularly preferable to use a plant extract as the skin care agent. The plant extract is pulverized without drying or drying one or more parts of the whole plant or its leaves, bark, roots and branches, and then extracted with a solvent at room temperature or under heating, or It can be obtained by extraction using an extractor such as a Soxhlet extractor. Examples of plant extracts include hydrophilic extracts such as camellia extract, hamamelis extract, asunalo extract, aloe extract, oat extract, oat extract, seaweed extract (hibermata), bituminous extract, horsetail extract, chamomile extract, eucalyptus extract, peach leaf extract, etc. Is used. In particular, the use of one or more substances selected from the group consisting of koji extract, eucalyptus extract, hamamelis extract, asunalo extract, aloe extract and agaric extract further enhances the skin care effect. Among these, from the point of further improving the skin care effect, it is preferable to use a Hamelis extract, an asunalo extract, and a koji extract. The plant extract is preferably a 1,3-butylene glycol extract from the viewpoint that no explosion-proof treatment is required when heat treatment is performed in the manufacturing process of the absorbent article.
[0031]
A hydrophilic plant extract contains a solvent component and moisture in addition to an active ingredient. The amount of the active ingredient of the plant extract in this state (amount excluding the solvent component and moisture) may be 0.001 to 5% by weight. However, when 1,3-butylene glycol is used as the solvent component for extraction, the sum of the amount of the active ingredient and the amount of 1,3-butylene glycol may be within the above range. In particular, the amount of the active ingredient is preferably 0.001 to 10% by weight with respect to the amount of the solvent component.
[0032]
In the present invention, a hygroscopic agent can also be used. As the hygroscopic agent, conventionally known ones can be used without particular limitation. The hygroscopic agent may be applied to the same site as the skin care agent. Or you may distribute | arrange the sheet | seat which consists of the fiber in which the hygroscopic agent was kneaded between the predetermined | prescribed site | parts of a diaper, for example, the outer layer sheet |
[0033]
In the present invention, a penetration enhancer of the skin care agent into the skin may be applied together with the skin care agent at a site where the skin care agent such as a plant extract is applied. As a result, the penetration of the skin care agent into the wearer's skin is promoted, and the rashes and the like are further suppressed, and when bruises and the like occur, they are healed more rapidly.
[0034]
As the penetration enhancer, it is preferable to use a substance having a solubility parameter value (hereinafter referred to as SP value) of 15 to 17, particularly 16 to 16.8. When the SP value is within the above range, the diaper has a low-stickiness and a dry feel.
[0035]
As the penetration enhancer, it is preferable to use an aliphatic ether or an aliphatic ester. In particular, it is preferable to use an aliphatic ether which is a thermally stable substance. The reason for this is that, in the manufacturing process of absorbent articles, heat is generally applied at the time of joining the constituent members, and at that time, the aliphatic ether is difficult to denature and decompose.
[0036]
Particularly preferred penetration enhancers include myristyl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, palmityl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, stearyl-1,3-dimethylbutyl ether, palmityl-3-methylpropyl ether, stearyl-3-methylpropyl ether, and the like. Is an aliphatic ether.
[0037]
In addition to the penetration enhancer described above, other components may be applied to the site where a skin care agent such as a plant extract is applied. Examples of such a component include a gelling agent for the penetration enhancer. As a result, the penetration enhancer can be fixed. As the gelling agent, a substance capable of suppressing the diffusion / migration of the penetration enhancer is used. For example, paraffin wax, fatty acid (C 12 -C 22 ), aliphatic alcohol (C 12 -C 22 ), petrolatum, fatty acid Examples include sorbitan esters (mono, di, tri), polyoxyethylene fatty acid sorbitan esters and the like. A gelling agent is preferable because it also has a skin care effect. The gelling agent is preferably applied in an amount of 10 to 200 parts by weight, particularly 50 to 100 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the penetration accelerator, from the viewpoints of economy, touch and workability.
[0038]
In addition to the penetration enhancer and the gelling agent described above, another component may be applied to a site where a skin care agent such as a plant extract is applied. Examples of such a component include a skin care agent and a viscosity modifier for adjusting the viscosity of a mixture containing these agents, which is used when a penetration enhancer and a gelling agent are used as necessary. It is done. In this case, it is preferable to use liquid paraffin, silicone oil, animal and vegetable oils (squalane, olive oil, jojoba oil, safflower oil), mono-, di- or triglycerides, which are substances having a skin care effect, as the viscosity modifier. The JIS hardness at normal temperature (20 ° C.) of the mixture of the skin care agent, penetration enhancer, gelling agent and viscosity modifier is preferably 20 to 50 from the viewpoint that both the migration of the skin care agent to the skin and tactile sensation can be achieved. .
[0039]
In the
[0040]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the skin care agent is applied to the gathers at the waist circumference and the waist opening, but instead, the skin care agent is applied to other stretchable regions on the diaper skin facing surface, for example, the leg opening. May be.
[0041]
Moreover, although the said embodiment concerns a pants-type disposable diaper, this invention is applicable similarly to a deployment-type disposable diaper. Furthermore, it can be similarly applied to absorbent articles other than diapers, such as sanitary napkins and incontinence pads.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
According to the absorbent article of the present invention, it is possible to effectively prevent the occurrence of eczema, rash, rash and the like. Moreover, when eczema, a rash, a rash, etc. generate | occur | produce, these can be cured rapidly.
