Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a steamer for an electric pot that can be attached to an upper part of an electric pot used at home and can steam food.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a microwave oven has been used when thawing frozen food at home or when heating hardened food to make it softer.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when thawing or heating using a microwave oven, setting the heating time is troublesome. If the heating time is too short, a part that is not thawed remains or a part that is insufficiently heated remains. On the other hand, if the heating time is too long, a part of the frozen food is heated to 100 ° C. or more and deteriorates or deforms. Therefore, there has been a demand for a proposal of a simple heating device in which the setting of the heating time does not require as precise as a microwave oven.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention of claim 1 is a steamer body having a steam supply port formed in a bottom surface of a container having an opening at an upper portion, and a steamer body disposed below the steam supply port. The steam generator further includes a steam inlet pipe connected to a lower portion, an insole laid down below the inside of the steamer main body through a space, and a lid for covering an upper opening of the steamer main body.
[0005]
The invention according to claim 2 is a steamer body comprising a container having an opening at an upper part, a skirt made of a soft material wound around an outer periphery of a bottom part, and a steam supply port formed at a position closer to the outside of the bottom surface, A steam inlet pipe slidably supported in the inward and outward directions of the steamer body below the supply port, and having a flange coated with an adhesive material on the lower surface on the lower outer side and vertically supported so as to be freely inserted and removed, and the steamer The steam generator further comprises an insole laid down below the inside of the main body through a space, and a lid for covering an upper opening of the steamer main body.
[0006]
3. The expansion steamer main body according to claim 1, wherein the outer shape is formed of the same cylindrical body as the opening of the steamer main body, and an additional steamer main body provided with an insole at an inner lower portion is provided in one stage between the steamer main body and the lid. It is also possible to attach it.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of the steamer for an electric pot according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an essential part of FIG. 1 taken out, and FIG. 3 is an essential part of FIG. It is a perspective view. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a steamer main body formed in a box shape. A skirt 2 made of a soft material such as a rubber plate is wound around the lower outer periphery of the steamer main body 1 and fixed by bonding or the like. A steam supply port 3 is formed at a position near the outside of the bottom of the steamer main body 1. On the lower surface side of the steam supply port 3, a pair of guide projections 4 and 5 having an L-shaped cross section are arranged in parallel to the inside and outside directions of the steamer main body 1.
[0008]
Inside the guide projections 4, 5, a slide plate 6 a at the upper end of the steam introducing pipe 6 is slidably fitted in the inside and outside of the steamer main body 1. It is desirable that the steam introduction pipe 6 be inserted into the slide plate 6a, but both may be integrated. Outside the lower end of the steam introducing pipe 6, a mouth retainer 7 that is in contact with the steam outlet of the electric pot is fitted so as to be freely inserted and removed. An adhesive is applied or a double-sided tape is adhered to the lower surface of the flange portion 7a at the lower end of the mouth retainer 7. This is to prevent a positional shift from occurring after the mouth retainer 7 is brought into contact with the steam outlet of the electric pot. The reason why the steam inlet pipe 6 is slidably supported in and out of the steamer main body 1 is to cope with a change in the position of the steam outlet depending on the manufacturer and type of the electric pot.
[0009]
Receiving seats 8 are arranged at the lower four corners in the middle of the steamer body 1, and an insole 9 is placed thereon. On the insole 9, food is placed when a steamer is used. On the steamer main body 1, an additional steamer main body 11 having the same cylindrical outer shape as the steamer main body 1 is stacked. Since the lower end of the steamer main body 11 for expansion is formed by being narrowed inward by the thickness of the steamer main body 1, the steamer main body 11 is securely fitted to and supported by the steamer main body 1.
[0010]
A lid 12 is placed on the steamer main body 11. An insole 13 is placed on the inner bottom of the steamer main body 11. In FIG. 1, an additional steamer main body 11 is stacked on the steamer main body 1 to form a two-stage configuration. However, the additional steamer main body 11 may be removed to form a single-stage configuration. In addition, the steamer body 11 for additional installation may be further stacked on the steamer body 11 for additional installation to form a three or more-stage structure.
[0011]
FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a single insole 9. The insole 9 is made of plastic, wood, bamboo, a metal plate, or the like, and has a hole 14 for vapor passage formed on the entire surface. FIG. 5 is a plan view showing another example of the insole 9, in which the holes 15 for passing steam are formed in an elongated grid shape. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the insole. The illustrated insole 16 has legs 17 projecting from one side of the four corners, so that the receiving seat 8 in the steamer main body 1 is not required.
FIG. 8 is a side view of a mode in which a hole is formed in the side wall of the insole 9 in the vertical direction and a cylindrical body 18 whose head is closed is erected.
[0012]
FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing a use state of the steamer described above. The skirt 2 of the steamer main body 1 is placed on the top of the electric pot P while aligning the mouth retainer 7 supported at the lower part of the steamer main body 1 with the steam discharge port D at the top of the electric pot P. Next, the steam inlet pipe 6 is slid inward and outward so that the mouth retainer 7 is aligned with the position of the steam outlet D, and at the same time, the mouth retainer 7 is lowered, and the adhesive portion on the lower surface of the mouth retainer 7 is moved to the steam outlet D. Press to stabilize. Next, the insole 9 is laid inside the steamer main body 1, and the foods F to be heated are arranged thereon.
[0013]
Further, an additional steamer main body 11 is superimposed on the steamer main body 1, an insole 13 is laid, foods F to be heated in the same manner are arranged, and then covered with the lid 12. Here, the boiling switch of the electric pot P is turned on, and the electric pot P is brought into a boiling state. When the electric pot P boils, steam is discharged from the steam outlet D at the top, passes through the steam inlet pipe 6, is guided into the space below the insole 9, and then rises to heat the food F. Note that the electric pot P returns to the heat-retaining state after a certain period of time has elapsed after the boiling switch is turned on. However, if the heating time during the period is insufficient, the boiling is continued by turning on the boiling switch again. At this time, the existing electric pot is as described above, but when designing a new electric pot in connection with the present invention, it is desirable to set a timer in accordance with the steaming time of the steamer main body 11.
[0014]
Thus, when the electric pot P is boiled and the food is heated with the steam, the temperature of the steam is the upper limit of 100 degrees, so that the food is not heated to 100 degrees or more as in the case of heating with a microwave, Less deterioration of food. Therefore, it is not necessary to set the heating time precisely as in a microwave oven. In addition, the steamer of the present invention can also thaw frozen foods, but in particular, bread, buns, red rice, shumai, etc., which have become hard after the passage of time, are easily warmed and softened using an electric pot between teas. It is convenient to have one for each family. In the above-described embodiment, the steamer main body is a box-shaped quadrangle, but may be a cylindrical shape.
[0015]
Furthermore, when a cylinder 18 is erected on the insole 9 and steamed from the bottom, for example, is inserted into the cylinder, the steam diffuses from the side wall of the cylinder whose head is closed. However, for example, steam can penetrate into the inside and be efficiently heated.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the steamer of the present invention is attached to an electric pot that is constantly used at home, and the electric pot is brought into a boiling state, whereby steam is introduced into the steamer and easily frozen. It is possible to defrost food and to warm the hardened food to make it softer. In addition, when there are many foods to be heated, it is possible to cope by stacking steamers in two or three stages.
