Abstract
【解決手段】 有機廃棄物をATAD反応器58に供給する工程と、前記バイオマス62の少なくとも一部を酸化して酸化された流出液を得る工程と、前記酸化流出液66を前記ATAD反応器58に戻す工程とを備えることを特徴とする。更に、養分を清澄なデカント72から除去し、有機廃棄物をミキサ54で処理してからATAD反応器58へ供給し、廃棄物をミキサの上流側の粉砕機86へ供給し、混合された物質を先づAAD容器88に供給してメタンガスを除去90し、次いでATAD反応器58へ供給する処理方法も開示されている。養分の除去72のあるなしに関わらず、ATAD反応容器からの流出液について固形物の分離が行なわれる。

Claims (22)
- 有機廃棄物をATAD反応器に供給する工程と、前記有機廃棄物を前記ATAD反応器において生物消化に供してバイオマスと清澄なデカントを得る工程を有する有機廃棄物の処理方法において、前記バイオマスの少なくとも一部を酸化して酸化された流出液を得る工程と、前記酸化流出液を前記ATAD反応器に戻す工程とを備えることを特徴とする有機廃棄物の処理方法。
- 前記清澄なデカントを前記ATAD反応器から周期的に取り出す工程を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化工程は前記バイオマスの前記少なくとも一部を化学的に酸化することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記化学酸化工程はフェントン試薬触媒の存在下で前記バイオマスの前記少なくとも一部を過酸化水素と接触させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記フェントン試薬触媒は硫酸第一鉄からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化工程に先立ち前記バイオマスの前記少なくとも一部を前記清澄なデカントから分離する工程を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記化学酸化工程は約1乃至6のpHで行なわれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記化学酸化工程は約3.5のpHで行なわれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記有機廃棄物は約40乃至70℃の温度で前記ATAD反応器において生物消化を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バイオマスの前記少なくとも一部は約40乃至70℃の温度で酸化されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ATAD反応器の上流側で前記有機廃棄物を混合する工程を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 廃棄物をAAD容器に供給する工程と、前記廃棄物を前記AAD容器において生物消化に供して第1のバイオマスと第1のデカントを得る工程と、前記第1のデカントを前記AAD容器からATAD反応器へ供給する工程と、前記第1のデカントを前記ATAD反応器において生物消化に供して第2のバイオマスおよび/または第2のデカントを得る工程を有する廃棄物処理方法において、前記第2のバイオマスの少なくとも一部を酸化して酸化された流出液を得る工程と、前記酸化流出液を前記AAD容器に戻す工程とを備えることを特徴とする廃棄物の処理方法。
- 前記酸化工程に先立ち前記第2のバイオマスの少なくとも一部を前記第2のデカントから分離する工程を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化工程は前記第2のバイオマスの前記少なくとも一部を化学的に酸化することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化工程はフェントン試薬触媒の存在下で前記第2のバイオマスの少なくとも一部を過酸化水素と接触させることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記フェントン試薬触媒は硫酸第一鉄からなることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記化学酸化工程は約1乃至6のpHで行なわれることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記化学酸化工程は約3.5のpHで行なわれることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のデカントから窒素と燐を除去して清浄にされた清澄なデカントを得る工程を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のバイオマスを前記AAD容器から分離する工程と、前記第1のバイオマスの前記分離された部分を前記酸化工程に装填する工程とを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項12乃至14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記AAD容器の上流側で前記廃棄物を混合する工程を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項12乃至14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 固形の廃棄物を前記混合工程の上流側で粉砕する工程を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
