Claims (1)
- 発熱体と、
前記発熱体の中央部の温度を検知する中央部温度検知手段と、
前記発熱体の端部の温度を検知する端部温度検知手段と、
前記中央部温度検知手段または前記端部温度検知手段によって検知される温度に基づいて、前記発熱体の温度を所定温度に保つように制御する制御手段と、
前記発熱体を有し、記録紙上のトナー像を定着する定着手段と、を有する画像形成装置において、
前記制御手段は、前記中央部温度検知手段によって検知される温度変化と前記端部温度検知手段によって検知される温度変化との関係が一致しない場合には、ホストコンピュータに対して前記記録紙サイズの不一致を報知することを特徴とする画像形成装置。
