Claims (10)
- 同期機械において、ロータが、
ロータコアと、
前記ロータの少なくとも一部分の周りに延び、前記ロータコアの側面に隣接する側部分を有する超伝導コイル巻線と、
前記ロータコアの導管を貫通して延びる少なくとも1つのテンションロッドと、
該テンションロッドの端部の間を延びる少なくとも1つのテンションボルトと、
該テンションボルトに取り付けられ、前記コイル巻線の側部分に連結されたハウジングと、
を備えることを特徴とするロータ。 - 前記ハウジングが、前記側部分の対向する面上に一対の側板を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロータ。
- 前記テンションロッドの第2の端部から延び、前記コイル巻線の第2の側部分に当接する第2のボルトを更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロータ。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記コイルの側部分を支える側板と、該側板の間にあって前記側部分の外面に当接するくさびとを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のロータ。
- 超伝導コイル巻線を同期機械のロータコアに支持するための方法であって、
a.前記ロータコアの導管を貫通して延びるようにテンションロッドを配置する段階と、
b.該ロッドの端部に少なくとも1つのテンションボルトを挿入する段階と、
c.前記コイル巻線の側部分の一方の周りに少なくとも1つのハウジングを組み立てる段階と、
d.前記テンションロッド及びテンションボルトが、前記ハウジングを備えるコイル巻線の側部分の間を跨ぐように、前記ロータコアの周りに該ハウジングを備えるコイル巻線を配置する段階と、
e.前記ボルトを前記ハウジングの一つに固定する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 第2のボルトを前記ロッドの第2の端部に挿入する段階と、該第2のボルトを前記コイル巻線の第2の側部分に取り付けられた第2ハウジングに固定する段階とを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 第2ハウジングを前記コイルの第2の側部分の上に挿入する段階と、該第2ハウジングを前記テンションロッドの端部の第2のボルトに取り付ける段階とを更に含み、前記テンションロッドが、前記ロータコアの回転軸線を通って延び、前記コイルの第1側部及び第2側部が、前記ロータの両側にあるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 同期機械のためのロータであって、
導管を有するロータコアと、
前記ロータの長さ方向軸線に対して平行な平面内にあるレーストラック形状のレーストラック形超伝導(SC)コイル巻線と、
前記コアの前記導管内のテンションロッドと、
該テンションロッドの各々の端部におけるテンションボルトと、
前記コイル巻線を各々のテンションボルトに連結するハウジングと、
を備えることを特徴とするロータ。 - 前記ロータコアの前記長さ方向軸線に対して直角であり、前記SCコイルによって定められる平面内にある複数の導管を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のロータ。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記コイル巻線の対向する面上にある一対の側板と、該側板に連結されたくさびと、該側板に連結され、前記ボルトに固定されたねじ込みインサートとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のロータ。
