この発明は、作りたての熱い料理等をすぐに冷凍するた
めの容器である。従来、熱い料理等を冷凍するためには
冷めるまで待たなければならず、夏などは時間がかかり
そのまま忘れてしまい、食品を無駄にすることがあっ
た。熱いまま入れると他の冷凍食品が解凍してしまうの
でできなかった。本発明はこの問題を解決するために発
明したもので、これを図面について説明すれば、容器
（１）、蓋（２）の各面に保冷材（３）を充填したもの
である。この容器を予め冷凍室で充分に冷やしておき、
その中に熱い料理等を入れそのまま冷凍するものであ
る。これにより、周りの冷凍食品に影響を与えず冷凍す
ることができ、時間や食品の無駄を出すこと無く、さら
に急速に冷凍することにより食品の味を損なうこと無く
