- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式(I) の化合物及びその製薬上許容される酸付加塩。 2.請求項1に記載の(1R,2S,4R)−(−)−2−フェニル−2−メチ ルアミノエトキシ−1,7,7−トリメチル−ビシクロ[2,2,1]ヘプタン 及びその製薬上許容される酸付加塩。 3.請求項2に記載の化合物のフマル酸塩。 4.a)式(II) の化合物を脱メチル化せしめ;或いは b)一般式(III) (式中、Rは保護基である) の化合物から保護基を除去し、そして、所望により、得られた式(I)のラセミ 体化合物を光学的活性の異性体に分割し、そして所望により、式(I)の化合物 を製薬上許容される酸付加塩に変換し、或いは、塩から塩基を遊離することを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の式(I)の化合物及びその製薬上許容される酸付加塩の製法。 5.式(II)の化合物を、一般式(IV) (式中、R1はアルキル或いはアリル基であり、Hlgはハロゲンである) の化合物と反応せしめ、そして、このようにして得られた、一般式(V) (式中、R1は上記の通りである) の化合物を塩基で処理することを特徴とする請求項4の工程a)に記載の製法。 6.一般式(IV)(式中、R1はメチル、エチル或いはフェニルであり、好適に は、エチルである)の化合物を用いることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製法。 7.一般式(V)の化合物を、水酸化アルカリで処理することを特徴とする請求 項5に記載の製法。 8.一般式(III)(式中、Rはベンジルである)の化合物を用いることを特徴と する請求項4の工程b)に記載の製法。 9.触媒性の水素添加によりベンジル基を除去することを特徴とする請求項8に 記載の製法。 10.a)(1R,2S,4R)−(−)−2−フェニル−2−ジメチルアミノ エトキシ−1,7,7−トリメチル−ビシクロ[2,2,1]ヘプタンを脱メチ ル化するか、或いは、 b)(1R,2S,4R)−(−)−2−フェニル−2−ベンジルメチルアミノ エトキシ−1,7,7−トリメチル−ビシクロ[2,2,1]ヘプタンからベン ジル基を除去するか、或いは、 c)式(I)のラセミ体(1R,2S,4R)−(−)−2−フェニル−2−メ チルアミノエトキシ−1,7,7−トリメチル−ビシクロ[2,2,1]ヘプタ ンを光学的活性異性体に分割し;そして、所望により、(1R,2S,4R)− (−)−2−フェニル−2−メチルアミノエトキシ−1,7,7−トリメチル− ビシクロ[2,2,1]ヘプタンをその製薬上許容される酸付加塩に変換するか 、或いは、塩から塩基を遊離することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の(1R,2 S,4R)−(−)−2−フェニル−2−メチルアミノエトキシ−1,7,7− トリメチル−ビシクロ[2,2,1]ヘプタン及びその製薬上許容される酸付加 塩の製法。 11.適当な不活性固体或いは液体の担体或いは助剤とともにある混合物中で、 式(I)の化合物或いはその製薬上許容される酸付加塩を活性成分とする製薬学 的組成物。 12.適当な不活性固体或いは液体の担体或いは助剤とともにある混合物中で、 式(I)の化合物或いはその製薬上許容される酸付加塩を活性成分とする請求項 11に記載の抗不安剤組成物。 13.活性成分として、(1R,2S,4R)−(−)−2−フェニル−2−メ チルアミノエトキシ−1,7,7−トリメチル−ビシクロ[2,2,1]ヘプタ ン或いはその製薬上許容される酸付加塩を含有する請求項11或いは12に記載 の製薬学的組成物。 14.式(I)の化合物或いはその製薬上許容される酸付加塩を、不活性な、固 体或いは液体の製薬学的担体或いは助剤と混合し、医学的な用途に適する形状の 混合物に仕上げることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の製薬学 的組成物の製法。 15.製薬学的活性成分として使用するための、式(I)の化合物及びその製薬 上許容される酸付加塩。 16.製薬学的活性成分として使用するための(1R,2S,4R)−(−)− 2−フェニル−2−メチルアミノエトキシ−1,7,7−トリメチル−ビシクロ [2,2,1]ヘプタン及びその製薬上許容される酸付加塩。 17.抗不安剤効果を有する製薬学的組成物の製造のための、式(I)の化合物 及びその製薬上許容される酸付加塩の用途。 18.抗不安剤効果を有する製薬学的な組成物の製造のための(1R,2S,4 R)−(−)−2−フェニル−2−メチルアミノエトキシ−1,7,7−トリメ チル−ビシクロ[2,2,1]ヘプタン及びその製薬上許容される酸付加塩の用 途。 19.式(I)の化合物或いはその製薬上許容される酸付加塩の治療的に活性な 量を、その治療が必要な患者に投与することを特徴とする抗不安剤処置法。 20.(1R,2S,4R)−(−)−2−フェニル−2−メチルアミノエトキ シ−1,7,7−トリメチル−ビシクロ[2,2,1]ヘプタン或いはその製薬 上許容される酸付加塩を用いることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の処置法。
