Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.保持器、磁場発生手段、および前記発生手段によって発生される磁場内に配 置される本体のインピーダンスを検出し、検出されるインピーダンスが所定のイ ンピーダンス値以下に降下したときに磁場を中断させるためのインピーダンス検 出手段を有する磁気誘導ヒーターと、 食物を保持し、前記保持器の上で発生された磁場内に配置されるように形成 され、前記食物保持器は、該食物を所定の温度に保持するために、該保持器に保 持される食物と熱的に接触するように配置された磁気誘導加熱素子を有する、温 度の自己調節器と、 前記素子は、前記素子を加熱するために前記素子内に電流を誘起するための 磁場に反応する強磁性材を含み、前記強磁性材は、前記所定の温度に対応するキ ュリー温度を有し、前記強磁性材が該キュリー温度以上に加熱されたときは、固 有のインピーダンス値を有し、該固有のインピーダンス値は、前記食物保持器の 温度を調節するために、前記キュリー温度以上に前記強磁性材が加熱されたとき に前記インピーダンス検出手段が発生磁場を中断を中断させるように、所定のイ ンピーダンス値より低い、温度を自己調節する食物温め器。 2.前記インピーダンス検出器が、さらに、前記素子のインピーダンスが所定の インピーダンス値より大きくなることによって表わされる、強磁性材が前記キュ リー温度以下に冷却したときを検出し、前記強磁性材が前記キュリー温度以下に 冷却したときに磁場を再度発生させるために、磁場の中断後に加熱素子のインピ ーダンスを定期的に検出する手段を有する、請求項1に記載の食物温 め器。 3.前記加熱素子が、前記保持器から取り外しできる、請求項1に記載の食物温 め器。 4.磁場を発生させるための保持器を有する発生器と、 加熱可能な食物と接触する隔壁を有する食物を保持するための保持手段と、 食物を選択された温度に加熱するために、前記保持手段に保持された食物と 熱的に接触するように配置され、前記保持器上に前記保持手段が配置されたとき に、前記発生手段によって磁場に反応して電流を誘起させて選択された温度に加 熱する強磁性材を含む磁気誘導加熱素子と、 選択された温度を変更するために前記加熱素子と前記保持器の間の距離を調整す るための調整手段とを有する食物温め器。 5.前記調整手段が、前記保持器にねじ込まれる蓋を有する請求項4に記載の食 物温め器。 6.前記加熱素子が、前記保持手段から取り外し可能である、請求項4に記載の 食物温め器。 7.加熱可能な、食物と接触する隔壁と、 第1の設定温度に前記隔壁を加熱するために前記隔壁と熱的に接触する第1 の磁気誘導加熱素子と、 第2の設定温度に前記隔壁を加熱するために前記隔壁と熱的に接触する第2 の磁気誘導加熱素子と、 前記第1および第2の素子のうちの一つを選択的に抑制し、前記隔壁が前記 素子のうちの他の素子に対応する設定温度に加熱されるようにする手段とを有し 、 前記第1の素子は、第1の設定温度に第1の素子を加熱するための電流を第 1の素子内に誘起するために、磁場源によって発生される磁場に反応する強磁性 材を有し、 前記第2の素子は、第1の設定温度に第1の素子を加熱するための電流を第 1の素子内に誘起するために、磁場源によって発生される磁場に反応する強磁性 材を有する、温度を自己調節する食物保持装置。 8.食物と接触する隔壁と隔壁と熱的に接触する磁気誘導加熱素子とを有する食 物保持装置を、加熱素子内に電流と対応インピーダンスを誘起させ、素子の温度 を上げるための磁場発生手段によって発生された磁場内に配置する工程と、 インピーダンス検出手段を用いて素子の前記対応インピーダンス値を検出する工 程と、 前記検出された対応インピーダンス値を設定インピーダンス値と比較する工 程と、 前記検出された素子の対応インピーダンス値が、設定インピーダンス値より 小であるとき、磁場を中断させる工程とを有する食物保持装置を加熱する方法。 9.さらに、前記検出された素子の対応インピーダンス値が、設定インピーダン ス値より大であるとき、磁場発生手段で磁場を再発生させる工程を有する、請求 項8に記載の方法。 10.磁場を発生させ、磁場内に配置された本体のインピーダンスを検出し、検 出されたインピーダンスが、第1の設定インピーダンス以下に降下し、またはイ ンピーダンスの変化率の絶対値が設定変化率を超えたいずれかの場合に、磁場の 発生を中断するための発生手段を有する磁気誘導ヒーターを設ける工程と、 設定温度に隔壁を加熱するための装置によって保持された食物と熱的に接触 されるように配置された磁気誘導加熱素子を有する食物を保持するための装置を 設ける工程と、 発生手段を用いて磁場を発生させる工程と、 磁場内に食物保持装置を配置して加熱素子を加熱するための電流および対応 インピーダンスを誘起させる工程と、 検出手段を用いて、素子の前記対応インピーダンスを検出する工程と、 検出された対応インピーダンスを第1の設定インピーダンス値と比較する工 程と、 対応インピーダンス値における変化率の絶対値を決定する工程と、変化率の 絶対値を設定変化率と比較する工程と、 検出された対応インピーダンスが第1の設定インピーダンスより小、または 対応インピーダンスにおける変化率の絶対値が設定変化率より大であるとき、磁 場を中断させる工程を有する食物保持装置を加熱する方法。 11.固−固相転移の間に潜熱を蓄積するための固体状相転移材と、弾性材とを それぞれ含む保温マトリックスであって、該弾性材は、相転移の間、マトリック ス内の前記相転移材の膨張を許容し、前記相転移材および弾性材は、よく混合さ れて前記マトリックスを形成する保温マトリックス。 12.前記相転移材が、ポリヒドロキシ化合物およびC2−C4ポリアルキレン からなる群から選ばれる、請求項11に記載のマトリックス。 13.前記相転移材が、ペンタエリスリトール、トリメチロールエタン、ネオペ ンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、モノアミノペンタエリスリトール 、ジアミノペンタエリスリトール、トリス(ヒドロキシメチル)酢酸、および架 橋高密度ポリエチレンからなる群から選ばれる請求項11に記載のマトリックス 。 14.前記相転移材が、相転移温度で固−固相転移し、前記マトリックスが沿う 転移温度以上の温度にマトリックスを加熱するためにマトリックス内に埋設され た磁気誘導加熱素子を有し、前記素子が前記素子を加熱するために前記素子内に 電流を誘起するための磁場に反応する強磁性材を含み、前記強磁性材が相転移温 度より高いキュリー温度を有する請求項11に記載のマトリックス。 15.十分に剛く、加熱可能な食物を接触する隔壁を有する食物保持手段、 前記食物と接触する隔壁と隔壁と接触する食物を選択的に加熱するために前記隔 壁と操作可能に結合され、相転移温度において生じる固−固相転移の間に潜熱を 蓄積するための固体状相転移材を含むコア、 および 相転移温度以上の温度に前記コアを加熱するために、前記コアと熱的に接触 する磁気誘導加熱素子を有し、 前記素子は、前記素子を加熱するために前記素子内に電流を誘起させる磁場 に反応する強磁性材を含み、前記強磁性材は前記相転移材の相転移温度と融点と の間にキュリー温度を有する、保温、温度を自己する食物保持装置。 16.前記相転移材が、ペンタエリスリトール、トリメチロールエタン、ネオペ ンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、モノアミノペンタエリスリトール 、ジアミノペンタエリスリトール、トリス(ヒドロキシメチル)酢酸、およびC2 −C4ポリアルキレンおよび架橋高密度ポリエチレンからなる群から選ばれる請 求項15に記載の装置。 17.前記コアが、さらに、相転移の間、マトリック内の前記相転移材の膨張を 許容し、かつ前記相転移材を被覆するための弾性手段を有する請求項15に記載 の装置。 18.前記磁気素子が、非磁性、電気伝導性基質を含む請求項15に記載の装置 。 19.前記強磁性材が、ニッケル−銅合金であり、前記基質が同およびアルミニ ウムからなる群から選ばれる材料で形成される請求項18に記載の装置。 20.保持器、磁場発生手段、および前記発生手段によって発生される磁場内に 配置される本体のインピーダンスを検出し、検出されるインピーダンスが所定の インピーダンス値以下に降下したときに磁場を中断させるためのインピーダンス 検出手段を有する磁気誘導ヒーターと、 前記保持器の上に、発生された磁場内に配置される、保温、温度自己調節、 食物保持装置とを有し、前記食物保持器は、十分に剛く、加熱可能な、食物を接 触する隔壁、前記隔壁と前記隔壁と接触する食物を選択的に加熱するために前記 隔壁と熱的に結合される保温コア、前記コアは相転移温度における固−固相転移 の間に潜熱を蓄積する固体状相転移材、および相転移温度以上の温度に前記コア を加熱するために前記コアと熱的に接触する磁気誘導加熱素子を有し、 前記素子は、前記素子を加熱するために前記コアに電流を誘起させる磁場に反応 する強磁性材を含み、前記強磁性材は前記相転移材の相転移温度と融点の間にキ ュリー温度を有し、前記強磁性材がキュリー温度以上に加熱された場合に中断イ ンピーダンスを有し、前記素子の中断インピーダンスは、設定インピーダンスよ り低く、前記素子の強磁性材がキュリー温度以上に加熱されたとき、前記食物保 持器の温度を調整するために、前記インピーダンス検出器が発生磁場を中断する ようにしてなる、温度を自己調節する食物温め器。 21.前記磁気素子が、非磁性の電気伝導性基礎質を含む、請求項20に記載の 装置。 22.前記強磁性材が、ニッケル−銅合金であり、前記基質が銅およびアルミニ ウムからなる群から選ばれる材料で形成される請求項21に記載の装置。 23.保持器を含む磁気誘導ヒーターと、磁場を発生する手段と、発生器による 発生磁場内に配置された本体のインピーダンスを検出し、検出されるインピーダ ンスが、設定値以下に降下したときに磁場を中断させるインピーダンス検出手段 とを設ける工程と、 十分に剛く、加熱される食物と接触して食物を加熱する隔壁を有する保温、 温度自己調節、食物保持装置と、 前記隔壁および隔壁と接触する食物を選択的に加熱するために隔壁と結合さ れた保温コア、相転移温度で生じる固−固相転移の間に潜熱を蓄積するための固 体状相転移材を有するコア、およびコアを相転移温度以上に加熱するために、コ アと熱的に接触する磁気誘導加熱素子を設ける工程と、 発生手段を用いて磁場を発生させる工程と、 素子を加熱するために素子内に電流と対応インピーダンスを誘起させるために、 食物保持装置を、保持器上の磁場内に配置する工程と、 インピーダンス検出手段を用いて素子の前記対応インピーダンスを検出する工程 と、 検出された対応インピーダンスを設定インピーダンス値と比較する工程と、 検出された素子の対応インピーダンスが、設定インピーダンス値より小であ るとき、磁場を中断する工程とを有する食物保持装置を加熱する方法。
