Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.引入れ口と排出口を備える内部が無菌のポンプチャンバと、 前記ポンプチャンバに連通する中空軸の回りに回転可能に設けられたベーン であって、ベーン内部全長にわたって延伸し前記中空軸に連通する流体コンジ ットを有するベーンと、 前記ポンプチャンバの壁部を形成するフレキシブルなダイアフラムと、 前記ダイヤフラムを貫通して延伸するドライブロッドであって、該ドライブ ロッドの一端が前記中空軸の回転軸から半径方向にオフセットしたベーン上の 位置において前記ポンプチャンバ内で前記ベーンに係合し、他端が前記ポンプ チャンバの外側へ突出し、前記ドライブロッドは前記ダイアフラムに対して耐 水状態に取り付けられたドライブロッドとを、 含んでなるポンプユニット。 2.請求項1のポンプユニットであって、前記フレキシブルなダイヤフラムはフ レキシブルウェブによって吊り下げられた筒状スリーブを含み、前記ドライブ ロッドは前記筒状スリーブ内に耐水状態に固着されたポンプユニット。 3.請求項1のポンプユニットであって、前記引入れ口は筒状チャネルを有し、 前記中空軸は前記筒状チャネル内で支承されて回転するポンプユニット。 4.請求項1のポンプユニットであって、前記ベーンが1対の翼によって形成さ れ、前記流体コンジットは前記中空軸と直角に前記ベーンの一端から他端まで 延伸するポンプユニット。 5.請求項1のポンプユニットであって、前記ベーン流体コンジットは前記ベー ンの一端から他端まで延伸し、前記ベーンは、前記中空軸から前記ベーン一端 まで延伸する第1翼と、前記中空軸から前記ベーン他端まで延伸する第2翼か ら形成され、前記第1及び第2翼は互いに反対側に向けて設けられ、翼の肉厚 部は前記流体コンジットを囲み、かつ、翼は翼後縁に向かって肉厚が徐々に薄 くなっているポンプユニット。 6.請求項1のポンプユニットであって、前記ベーンは、前記中空軸から半径方 向にオフセットし前記ドライブロッドに係合する傾斜スロットを含むポンプユ ニット。 7.請求項1のポンプユニットであって、前記引入れ口は前記フレキシブルなダ イヤフラムの反対側で前記ポンプチャンバ内に設けられているポンプユニット 。 8.モータと、 前記モータに連結されて回転される回転フックと、 引入れ口と、排出口と、ドライブロッドを有し内部が無菌のポンプチャンバ であって、前記ドライブロッドの一端はダイヤフラムから突出し前記回転フッ クと係合して回転されるポンプチャンバと、 前記ポンプチャンバ内に配設され前記ドライブロッドの他端に係合されて回 転軸回りに回転する回転ベーンであって、前記回転軸と同軸の中空軸を有し、 前記回転ベーンの回転を増して前記ポンプチャンバ内の流体圧を増大させ流体 を前記排出口から排出しかつ前記取り入れ口を介して流体を前記中空軸内に取 り入れ前記回転ベーンの外へ送り出せるように前記中空軸は前記ポンプチャン バ引入れ口に連通する回転ベーンとを、 含んでなる医療用ポンプ装置。 9.請求項8の装置であって、前記回転ベーンは、前記中空軸から半径方向にオ フセットし前記ドライブロッドの他端と係合するスロットをさらに含んでなる 装置。 10.請求項8の装置であって、前記ダイヤフラムは柔軟なウエブによって吊り下 げられた筒状スリーブを含み、前記ドライブロッドは前記筒状スリーブ内に耐 水状態に固定されている装置。 11.請求項8の装置であって、前記取入れ口は筒状チャネルを有し、前記中空軸 は前記筒状チャネル内で支承されて回転する装置。 12.請求項8の装置であって、前記回転ベーンは、前記中空軸に直角にかつ該中 空軸から反対方向に延伸する第1及び第2翼を含んでなる装置。 13.請求項12の装置であって、前記回転ベーンは、前記中空軸に連通しかつ該 中空軸と直角に前記第1及び第2翼全長にわたって延伸する流体コンジットを さらに含んでなる含む装置。 14.請求項13の装置であって、前記第1及び第2翼は、流体コンジットのまわ りにおいて肉厚部を有し、該肉厚部から翼後縁まで次第に肉厚が薄くなってい る装置。 15.請求項8の装置であって、前記引入れ口はダイヤフラムの反対側で前記ポン プチャンバ内に配設された装置。 16.請求項8の装置であって、前記ポンプチャンバの上方に流体源と、該流体源 と前記ポンプチャンバ引入れ口を連結する管とをさらに含んでなる装置。 17.患者の体内へ入れる流体を制御する方法であって、 ポンプチャンバ内に設けられシャフトの回りに軸回転する回転ベーンの前記 シャフト内へ流体を流し、 前記ポンプチャンバの壁を形成するダイアフラムから延伸するロッドの一端 を回転させ前記シャフトから半径方向にオフセットした位置に置いて前記回転 ベーンと係合する前記ロッドの他端を回転させて前記回転ベーンを回転させ、 このベーンの回転により流体を前記ポンプチャンバ内から管を介して患者へ送 り出す、 方法。 18.請求項17の方法であって、前記ポンプチャンバ内の流体圧を制御するため 前記ロッド一端を回転させる速度を調整することを含んでなる方法。
