Abstract
Description
本発明の目的は、組織および臓器の灌流の際に優れ、心室補助が必要な場合に患者の生物学的脈拍と同期させることのできる、遠心ポンプによって生成される線形または連続流および脈動流の利点を提供する灌流システムを実現することである。
Claims (4)
- 心臓機能不全を治療するための心臓手術または心室補助中に循環器系において血液循環を生成する血液灌流用ポンプであって、
遠心力または渦巻力により、ポンプの入口でポンプの出口に向かって到達する特定の血液流を送るポンプの推進ロータの回転によって生成される線形流に重畳されたときに脈動線形流を引き起こし、脈動流は、 ポンプ(1)のカプセルまたはケース(4)の内壁に可撓性ライニング(8)を挿入することによって患者の生物学的脈拍に同期させることのできる調節可能な周波数および振幅で脈動波を生成し、ライニングは水圧または空気圧で始動されたときに膨張および収縮してカプセルまたはケース(4)の内部体積を間欠的に変動させ、逆止弁(11)の入口(5)の存在により出口(6)に向かって脈動的に流れるある体積の血液を移動させることを特徴とするポンプ。 - 可撓性ライニング(8)が入口において、軸方向スロートを封鎖させる環状シックニングによって形成される逆止弁(11)として機能し、流の入口の方向に可撓的に開放され、制御卓(13)が始動されて薄膜または可撓性ライニング(8)が膨張させられるときにスロートを封鎖するために逆方向に圧力を印加する際、その壁を強く圧迫することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血液灌流用ポンプ。
- 可撓性ライニング(8)の交互の膨張および収縮によって生成される水圧または空気圧始動が、制御卓(13)を用いて達成され、患者の生物学的脈拍と同期させることのできる調節可能な周波数および移動量での交互の前後運動でシリンダ内を移動させられ、ポンプのカプセルまたはケース(4)の壁を横断する入口に接続され、PC(14)に接続された制御卓(13)によって制御されるプランジャから本質的に成ることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の血液灌流用ポンプ。
- 可撓性ライニング(8)と逆止弁(11)の可撓性シックニングとが、可撓性ライニング(8)内の制御卓(13)により印加される圧力が逆止弁(11)において作用する圧力と同じになるように接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の血液灌流用ポンプ。
