Abstract
【解決手段】心室(10A)に接続された連続流型補助人工心臓20と、心室(10A)内の圧力を検出するための圧力センサ30と、該圧力センサ30により検出された心室内圧力と前記補助人工心臓20の消費電力の関係の閉ループ内面積APMpに基づいて、補助人工心臓20装着中の心室収縮能の変化を評価する手段(パソコン40)と、を備える。前記圧力センサ30を、心室(10A)と補助人工心臓20を接続する脱血カニューラ22に内蔵することができる。

Claims (3)
- 心室に接続された連続流型補助人工心臓と、
心室内の圧力を検出するための圧力センサと、
該圧力センサにより検出された心室内圧力と前記補助人工心臓の消費電力の関係に基づいて、補助人工心臓装着中の心室収縮能変化を評価する手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする心機能変化評価装置。 - 前記補助人工心臓装着中の心室収縮能変化を、前記心室内圧力と補助人工心臓の消費電力の関係の閉ループ内面積に基づいて評価することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心機能変化評価装置。
- 前記圧力センサが、心室と補助人工心臓を接続する脱血管に内蔵されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心機能変化評価装置。
