Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車両を駆動する駆動手段(32、210)と車両の方向を変換するステア リング手段(18、212)とを備えた車両の差動装置用の装置であって、その 差動装置(26)は1個の入力駆動軸(24、128、146)と、車両の駆動 手段(32、210)と連結する2個の出力軸(28、30)と、差動油の流れ を生成する少なくとも1個の油圧ポンプ(34、90、125、152、154 )と、油圧ポンプと接続し差動装置(26)に配置され出力軸間に回転速度の差 を生じさせる少なくとも1個の油圧モータ(70)とを有し、 ステアリング手段のステアリングの方向と車両の走行速度に対応して油圧ポン プと油圧モータとの間を流れる作動油の流れを調整可能な手段(36、48、1 26、129、156、158、214)を備えたことを特徴とする車両の装置 2.油圧ポンプは容積型であり、油圧モータも容積型であり、所定の押のけ容 量に対してポンプの回転軸とモータの回転軸との間に所定のギヤ比を有する油圧 伝達システム内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の装 置。 3.油圧ポンプの押のけ容量を変化させることのできる手段(36、48、1 26、129、156、158、214)を備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲 第2項に記載の装置。 4.油圧ポンプの回転数と車両の走行速度との間に直接の比例関係を得るため に、油圧ポンプが車両のエンジン(20)と2本の出力軸(28、30)との間 に配設されている車両の駆動部に駆動可能に連結されていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第3項に記載の装置。 5.油圧ポンプの押のけ容量をステアリング手段の操舵方向に応じて漸進的に 変化させ、それにより駆動輪車軸間の回転速度差とステアリング角度および速度 との同調が得られることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載の装置。 6.油圧ポンプの押のけ容量の大きさはステアリング手段の操舵方向により制 御され、油圧ポンプの回転数は車両の速度により制御され、油圧ポンプからの作 動油の流量は車の速度が零であるか、かつ、またはステアリング手段の操舵方向 が直進方向を向いている時はおおむね零であり、作動油の流れの方向はステアリ ング手段の操舵方向が直進方向に対し左が右かに偏っていることにより制御され 、押のけ容量はステアリング手段の操舵方向が直進方向から偏るに従って漸進的 に増加し、油圧ポンプの回転数とそれによる作動油の流量は走行速度が上昇する につれて上昇する請求の範囲第3項または請求の範囲第4項に記載の装置。 7.油圧モータが車両の終減速装置のケーシングの中に収納されている請求の 範囲第1項から請求の範囲第6項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
