【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 平均イソシアネート官能価が2より高いポリイソシアネートを含む第一の反応体と、活性水素を含み最大200の分子量を有する2以上3未満の基を有する低分子量化合物を含む第二の反応体と、所望により少なくとも300の分子量と20〜1000のヒドロキシル価を有し、かつフォームの剛性に影響を与えるようにフォームを架橋しない鎖長及び官能価を有する助剤ポリオールと、水との反応生成物を含むポリウレタンフォームであって、この反応生成物が3より高い官能価及び300〜800の分子量を有する架橋ポリオールを存在させないでもしくは微量存在させて形成され、独立気泡フォームであり、弾性変形せず、80〜800kg/m 3 の密度を有し、第一の反応体及び第二の反応体が0.7〜1.3の第二の反応体に対する第一の反応体の体積比で接触される、ポリウレタンフォーム。
【請求項2】 前記反応性生物が、現場で形成されるCO 2 以外の発泡剤を存在させないでもしくは微量存在させて形成される、請求項1記載のフォーム
【請求項3】 第一の反応体、第二の反応体及び水を、弾性変形しない独立気泡硬質フォームを形成するに十分な時間接触させることを含み、ただし3より高い官能価及び300〜800の分子量を有する架橋ポリオールを存在させないでもしくは微量存在させて形成され、第一の反応体及び第二の反応体が0.7〜1.3の第二の反応体に対する第一の反応体の体積比で接触される、ポリウレタンフォームの形成方法。
【請求項4】 第一の反応体の粘度に対する第二の反応体の粘度の比が0.5:1〜1.5:1である、請求項3記載の方法。
