Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.駆動力および軸支力を生成するための固定子あるいは回転子に挿入される機 械および磁気軸受巻線を有する磁気軸支電気機械と、前記磁気軸支機械に対して 、制御、調整、監視および励起を行うためのアナログまたはデジタル電子回路を 備える磁気軸支電気駆動装置であって、前記磁気軸支機械の固定子または回転子 に、駆動力生成用(30,31,32,33)および軸支力生成用(34,35 ,36,37)の分離式単一ループまたは複数ループの巻線を備え、少なくとも 前記巻線の一つを、突極巻線磁極を有する高密度巻線として形成したことを特徴 とする磁気軸支電気駆動装置。 2.前記軸支力生成用(34,35,36,37)の磁気軸受巻線が、回転磁場 生成のために、磁極対数PMLで複数のループに形成されることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の電気駆動装置。 3.前記駆動力生成用(30,31,32,33)の機械巻線が、回転磁場生成 のために、磁極対数PM=PML±1で複数のループに、または交流磁場生成のため に単一ループに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気駆動装置。 4.前記高密度巻線は、直径巻線(30,31,32,33)として形成される ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気駆動装置。 5.前記高密度巻線は、端数ピッチを有し、これによって、磁極部より小さいま たは大きいコイル幅になることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気駆動装置。 6.前記磁気軸受巻線は、二つのループ(34、35;36,37)に形成され 、また前記モータ巻線は、一つのループ(30、31、32、33)に形成され 、 さらに、前記磁気軸受巻線(34、35;36,37)の磁極対の数および前記 モータ巻線(30、31、32、33)の数が、その順番に拘わらず、一つおよ び二つになることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電気駆動 装置。 7.前記電気駆動装置の前記回転子または固定子には、永久磁石、短絡ケージ、 高導電性金属ジャケットまたはリラクタンスカットを備えることを特徴とする請 求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電気駆動装置。 8.単一ループ機械巻線の場合、始動の信頼度を高めるための始動補助を備え、 特に、非対称の固定子金属シートカット(38)、一つ以上の補助磁石(43)、ま たは一つ以上の短絡リング(13)の形態で備えることを特徴とし、または、前 記回転子の好ましい始動位置は、前記回転子と対向する固定子面における前記回 転子の回転による下方への揺れ(67)によって、前記磁気軸受巻線の対応する 励起を介して設定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載 の電気駆動装置。 9.前記回転子(40)および好ましくは固定子(39)の磁気的に有効な部分 は、前記磁気空隙磁場の力による作用(41)の結果として、軸方向および二つ の傾斜方向に、前記回転子の安定した、動作に必要な受動的磁気軸支を生じるよ うに、半径方向の寸法に対して軸方向の寸法が短い円板、リングまたは、鐘状に 形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の電気駆 動装置。 10.全ての巻線、すなわち、前記機械巻線および前記磁気軸受巻線の両者が、 高密度巻線として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1 項に記載の電気駆動装置。
