Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.装置に往復動自在に取り付けられるパンチと、装置に取り付けられてパンチ の軸に平行な水平軸を回転軸とする回転タレットと、タレットの周囲を取り囲む ように離間して配置され、タレットから概略半径方向に延び、タレットが回転す るにつれ、パンチから取り外された缶体を拾い上げ、支持且つ移送できる複数の 移送機素と、装置に取り付けられ、一つの移送機素がパンチから取り外された一 つの缶体に係合するとき、その角速度は他のときより小さくなるようにするよう な周期的に変化する角速度でタレットを回転駆動する駆動手段とを備えて成る缶 体製造装置。 2.パンチから取り外された缶体をタレット上の各移送機素が拾い上げるとき、 この移送機素に対してタレットへの回転駆動の周期が繰り返される請求項1に記 載の装置。 3.移送機素がフィンガセットを備えて成り、各フィンガセットがタレット上で その周囲を取り囲むように並び、その軸方向に離間して配置される複数のフィン ガを備えて成る請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。 4.各フィンガがゴムから形成され、隣接するフィンガセットと一体に形成され る請求項3に記載の装置。 5.軸回転自在に取り付けられ、端面が互いに対向し、且つ軸が平行で僅かに離 間する入力シャフトと出力シャフトとを駆動手段が備え、ピンが一方のシャフト の端面から軸方向に延び、他方のシャフトの端面に有る直径方向のスロット内に 回転自在、且つ摺動自在に受容される請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の装置。 6.スロット内に摺動自在に受容されるブッシング内にピンが回転自在に受容さ れる請求項5に記載の装置。 7.入力シャフトがパンチとタイミングを取って一定の角速度で駆動され、タレ ットが出力シャフトより、タレット上の移送機素の数をnとして、n:1の減速 比で駆動される請求項5又は請求項6に記載の装置。 8.缶体の底部壁にドームを形成するドーム形成工具が、パンチにそのストロー ク終端で係合されるように装置に取り付けられ、パンチがドーム形成工具に係合 するとき、それがタレット上の二つの隣接する移送機素の間の空間内に位置する ようにタレットが装置に位置付けられる請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の装置。 9.ドーム形成工具の支持体の周りを回転自在にタレットが配置される請求項9 に記載の装置。 10.減圧コンベヤーがタレットに近接して装置に取り付けられ、タレットに運 ばれて来た缶体を受容するように構成される請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の装置 。 11.弓形ブラッシがタレットに取り付けられ、タレットが回転するとき缶体を タレット上の定位置に保持するように構成される前記請求項の何れかに記載の装 置。 12.真空コンベヤーの少なくとも一部が装置に枢軸旋回自在に取り付けられ、 タレットにアクセスできる不作動位置に達する枢軸旋回が可能なように構成され る請求項10又は請求項11に記載の装置。 13.タレットに近接して受け器が設けられて、真空コンベヤーに上手く伝達さ れない缶体を受容する請求項10乃至12の何れか一つに記載の装置。 14.実質が、添付図面を参照して本明細書に記載されたもののようなものであ る缶体製造装置。
