Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 第1金属部品(10;20;30;40)と第2金属部品(50)の間 に、より詳細には金属スタッドと金属板の間に、摩擦溶接接合を形成する方法で あって、 第1部品(10;20;30;40;60;70)の案内要素(1;11;2 1;31)を、第2部品(50)の表面(55)に対しほぼ直角に延びる位置決 めボア(53)に挿入し、 2つの部品(10;20;30;40;50;60;70)を、案内要素(1 ;11;21;31;61;71)の長手方向に延びている回転軸線(6)のま わりに、相対的に回転させて、2つの部品(10;20;30;40;50;6 0;70)の間に環状接合領域(7)を生成する ことを特徴とする方法。 2. 第1部品(10;20;30;40;60;70)の溶接面(2;12 ;22;32)が位置決めボア(53)の周囲の表面(55)に接触するまで、 案内要素(1;11;21;31;61;71)を位置決めボア(53)に挿入 することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 案内要素(1;11;21;31;61;71)は回転処理の際中に位 置決めボア(53)に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方 法。 4. 案内要素(1;11;21;31;61;71)自身が回転処理の際中 に位置決ボア(53)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載 の方法。 5. 案内要素(1;11;21;31;71)の一方の自由端(4)が貫通 孔として設計された位置決めボア(53)を通して挿入されることを特徴とする 請求項1、2または3に記載の方法。 6. 接合領域(7)の生成の際に、実質上一方の部品(10;20;30; 40;50;60;70)の材料だけが変形するように、部品(10;20;3 0;40;50;60;70)の形状および/または寸法および/または材料が 選択されることを特徴する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7. 摩擦溶接接合を形成するための金属固着部材(10;20;30;40 ;60;70)であって、より詳細には、実質上組立て方向(M)に向けられ、 部材(10;20;30;40;60;70)の縦軸線(6)を取り囲み、縦軸 線(6)に直角な平面(E)に沿って広がっている少なくとも1つの溶接面(2 ;12;22;32)をもつ表面(5)を有する摩擦溶接スタッドであって、 固着部材(10;20;30;40;60;70)が縦軸線(6)に沿って組 立て方向(M)に延びている案内要素(1;11;21;31;61;71)を 備えていることを特徴とする固着部材。 8. 案内要素(1;11;21;31;61;71)が平面(E)から組立 て方向(M)に突き出ていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の固着部材。 9. 溶接面(2;12;22;32)は縦軸線(6)を環状に取り囲んでい ることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の固着部材。 10. 溶接面(2;12;22;32)は縦軸線(6)をぐるりと取り囲ん でいることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の固着部材。 11. 固着部材(10;20;40)は、ほぼ溶接面(2;12;32)の 外縁の所にその最大周囲長さを有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の固着 部材。 12. 環状溶接面(2;22;32)の内部幅(W)は、案内要素(1;2 1;31;61;71)の厚さ(D)より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項9, 10,または11に記載の固着部材。 13. 溶接面(2;22;32)は案内要素(1;11;21;31;61 ;71)の周囲線に対しほぼ同心円状に広がっていることを特徴とする請求項7 〜12のいずれか1項に記載の固着部材。 14. 溶接面(2;12;22;32)は固着部材(10;20;30;4 0;60;70)の突起(9;29;39)上にあることを特徴とする、請求項 7〜13のいずれか1項に記載の固着部材。 15. 案内要素(1;11;21;31;61;71)は少なくとも1つの 円筒形周囲表面(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項7〜14のいずれか1項 に記載の固着部材。 16. 案内要素(61;71)は組立て方向にテーパした少なくとも1つの 部分(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項7〜15のいずれか1項に記載の固 着部材。 17. テーパ部分(8)はデザインが円錐形であることを特徴とする請求項 16に記載の固着部材。 18. 案内要素(71)はドリルチップ(56)として設計された自由端( 4)を有することを特徴とする請求項7〜17のいずれか1項に記載の固着部材 。 19. ドリルチップ(56)は少なくとも1個の切削刃(57)を有するこ とを特徴とする請求項18に記載の固着部材。 20. 溶接面は回転軸線に対しほぼ直角に広がっている好ましい表面構造を 有することを特徴とする請求項7〜19のいずれか1項に記載の固着部材。
