Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式(Al2O3)a(SiO2)b(MgO)c(CaO)d(式中、“a”は約80か ら約100重量%の範囲であり、“b”は0から約15重量%の範囲であり、“ c”は0から約5重量%の範囲であり、そして“d”は0から約5重量%の範囲 である)により本質的に規定される成形用コンパウンド。 2.式(Al2O3)94(SiO2)4.5(MgO)1(CaO)0.5により本質的に規定さ れる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の成形用コンパウンド。 3.ポリアクリレートもしくはポリメタクリレート系重合体骨格をベースとす る約0.2から約1重量%の分散剤をさらに含んでいる、請求の範囲第1項に記 載の成形用コンパウンド。 4.90.01重量%の酸化アルミニウム、6.24重量%のアルミノシリケ ート系粘土、1.41重量%の炭酸マグネシウム・カルシウムおよび2.34重 量%のタルクから本質的になる成形用コンパウンド。 5.分散剤、pH調節剤、殺菌剤、ゲル強度向上剤およびそれらの混合物より 成る群から選ばれる添加剤をさらに含んでいる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の成形 用コンパウンド。 6.成形用コンパウンドの構成成分をブレンドして均質な混合物にする方法で あって、次の: a)式(Al2O3)a(SiO2)b(MgO)c(CaO)d(式中、“a”は約80か ら約100重量%の範囲であり、“b”は0から約15重量%の範囲であり、“ c”は0から約5重量%の範囲であり、そして“d”は0から約5重量%の範囲 である)により本質的に規定される組成物を製造するために、セラミック粉末を 一緒に混合する工程;および b)該セラミック粉末を水系媒体の存在下でボールミル処理して約50から約 85重量%の該媒体を含んでいる該セラミック粉末のセラミック懸濁物を製造す る工程 を含んでなる、上記の方法。 7.セラミック懸濁物を結合剤と、そして場合によっては殺菌剤と混練して、 混練された均質な混合物を製造する工程をさらに含んでいる、請求の範囲第6項 に記載の方法。 8.混練時に懸濁物を約75℃から約95℃の範囲の温度に約15から約12 0分の範囲の期間加熱する、請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法。 9.温度が約80℃から約90℃の範囲であり、そして時間が約30から約6 0分の範囲である、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.混合物がゲル形成剤を含んでおり、そして方法が該混合物をゲル‐形成 剤のゲル化点より低い温度まで冷却し、そして該混合物をブレンダーから取り出 す工程をさらに含んでいる、請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 11.混合物を細断して微粒子状材料を調製する工程をさらに含んでいる、請 求の範囲第10項に記載の方法。 12.微粒子状材料を、その固体含有量水準が約75から約88重量%の範囲 になるまで乾燥する工程をさらに含んでいる、請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法 。 13.微粒子状材料を、その固体含有量水準が約82から約85重量%の範囲に なるまで乾燥する、請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。
